Craniotomy termasuk dalam operasi dengan prevalensi tinggi dan biaya yang sangat mahal. Belum ada standar paket operasi craniotomy di Instalasi Bedah Sentral Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Standar paket operasi berfungsi meningkatkan pengendalian penggunaan perbekalan farmasi dan memudahkan petugas farmasi di IBS dalam menyiapkan kebutuhan operasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan formula standar dan biaya penggunaan perbekalan farmasi pada operasi craniotomy di IBS RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta yang menjalani operasi craniotomy dalam periode 1 Januari 2008 hingga 30 April 2010. Analisis data secara deskriptif. Formula standar dibuat dengan dukungan guideline dan literatur-literatur. Formula standar dikonversi dalam bentuk biaya dan dapat diketahui efisiensinya dari biaya operasi pasien yang menjalani operasi craniotomy. Hasil formula standar craniotomy yaitu abbocath no. 18, bisturi no. 23, dermalon no. 2/0, dexon II no. 2/0, disposable spuit 3 cc/5 cc/10 cc, endotracheal tube, kassa lipat (steril), silk no. 3/0, tranfusi set, Sofra Tulle®, aqua 25 ml, handscoen, masker, fentanil, rokuronium, dexamethasone inj., sulfas atropin 0,25 gr, ondansetron inj., Prostigmin® inj., N 2 O, O 2 , propofol, isofluran, cefazolin inj., ringer lactat 500 ml; alkohol 70%, Betadine®, dan hipafix. Biaya formula standar penggunaan perbekalan farmasi untuk operasi craniotomy sebesar Rp. 2.027.145. Potential saving yang dapat dilakukan pihak rumah sakit adalah sebesar Rp. 37.205.056.

Craniotomy included in operations with high prevalence and very expensive. There is no standard package craniotomy operation in Central Surgical Installation PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta. The functions of standard package operation are to increase pharmaceutical supplies uses control and make it easier for pharmaceutical officer at IBS in preparing operating requirements. This study’s purposes are to determining standard formula and cost of pharmaceutical supplies uses in craniotomy operation at IBS RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The design of the study is cross sectional. The subjects are patients of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta who underwent craniotomy operations in the period January 1st 2008 to April 30th 2010. Analysis data descriptively. Standard formula made with the support guidelines and literature. The standard formula converted into cost and efficiency can be known from the operating costs of patients who underwent craniotomy surgery. The results of craniotomy standard formula that is abbocath no. 18, bisturi no. 23, dermalon no. 2 / 0, Dexon II, no. 2 / 0, disposable syringes 3 cc / 5 cc cc/10, endotracheal tube, kassa (sterile), silk no. 3 / 0, transfusion sets, Sofra Tulle®, aqua 25 ml, handscoen, mask, fentanyl, rocuronium, dexamethasone inj., Sulfas atropine gr 0.25, ondansetron inj., Prostigmin® inj., N 2 O, O 2 , propofol, isoflurane, cefazolin inj., 500 ml ringer lactate, alcohol 70%, Betadine®, and hipafix. The cost of the standard formula is Rp. 2.027.145. Potential saving that can be done by the Hospital is Rp. 37.205.056.
