Kajian potensi makrobiotik ekosistem mangrove di Taman Nasional Baluran

Ekosistem Mangrove merupakan suatu ekosistem yang unik dan merupakan salah satu sumberdaya alam yang sangat potensial. Makrobiotik mangrove merupakan salah satu komponen dari ekosistem mangrove yang terdiri dari komponen biotik berupa produsen yaitu semua jenis-jenis flora (vegetasi) mangrove dan konsumen meliputi jenis-jenis fauna berupa fauna darat berupa burung, mamal,reptil, dan fauna laut berupa kepiting, ikan dan kerang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis vegetasi penyusun hutan mangrove;mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis fauna darat ( Burung,mamal dan reptil), mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis fauna laut (nekton).Penelitian dilakukan pada kawasan mangrove di TamanNasional Baluran seluas 425 ha. Lokasi penelitian dibagi menjadi empat blok pengamatan. Pada setiap blok dibuat jalur dan setiap jalur dibuat petak ukur dengan ukuran 10 x 10 untuk vegetasi tingkat pohon, 5 x 5 m untuk vegetasi tingkat pancang dan pengukuran jumlah dan jenis fauna laut (nekton), 2 x 2 m untuk vegetasi tingkat semai. Metode Indeks Point Abundance (IPA) digunakan untuk pengamatan keanekaragaman jenis burung. Analisis data (vegetasi dan fauna) menggunakan analisis indeks keanekaragaman berdasarkan Shannon dan Weaner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapatnya 24 jenis vegetasi mangrove penyusun ekosistem mangrove dengan Nilai Indeks Keanekaragaman jenis tergolong sedang (H’ = 1

Mangrove Ecosystem was a unique ecosystem and a potential natural resource. However, a macrobiotic mangrove was one component of mangrove ecosystem which consisted of biotic components in the form of producers which were all varieties of mangrove flora (vegetation) and consumers which were all varieties of fauna, including land animals such as birds, mammals, reptiles, and also marine animals such as crabs, fish, and seashells.This study aimed to discover the variety of vegetations composing the mangrove forest; discover the variety of land animals (birds, mammals, and reptiles), discover the variety of marine animals (nekton).This study was conducted in mangrove area in Baluran National Park which was 425 ha in width. The research location was divided into four blocks of observation. There were aisles in each block and in each aisle there were 10 m x 10 m section for tree level vegetation, 5 m x 5 m for pole level vegetation, and 2 m x 2 m for seedling level vegetation. Index Point Abundance (IPA) method was applied to observe the variety of birds. Nevertheless, the Shannon and Weaner variety index analysis was used to analyze the data (vegetation and fauna).The results of the research proved that there were 24 kinds of vegetations composing the mangrove forest with the Value of Variety Index as abundant (H’ = 1
