Efektivitas pendidikan seksualitas untuk meningkatkan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku seks remaja seminari

Penelitian ini dirancang mau menguji efektivitas pendidikan seksual untuk meningkatkan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku seks pada remaja seminari. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 orang, yang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok. Sebanyak 20 orang masuk dalam kelompok eksperimen (KE) dan sebanyak 20 orang masuk dalam kelompok kontrol (KK). Penelitian dengan metode quasi experimental design ini menggunakan pengolahan data anova mixed design. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan F=31,503 (p<0,05), pendidikan seksualitas efektif dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri atas perilaku seks yang terlihat dari perbedaan skor kontrol diri yang signifikan antara skor pre, pos dan follow up kelompok eksperimen. Pada kelompok kontrol, hasil pengujian menunjukkan F=0,242 (p>0,05) tidak terdapat kenaikan yang signifikan antara skor pre, pos dan follow up. Pada uji beda variabel pengetahuan seksualitas terdapat perbedaan signifikan pretes, postes dan follow up bagi kelompok eksperimen. Pada kelompok kontrol, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pretes, postes dan follow up skor pengetahuan seksualitas.Hasil di atas menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seksualitas efektif meningkatkan kontrol diri atas perilaku seks, pada kelompok eksperimen.

This research was planned to examine the sexual education to improve self control on sexual behavior in seminarian teenagers. The subject of this research was forty people divided into two groups. Twenty people were in experimental group (KE) and other twenty people were in control group (KK). This research used quasi experimental design method in processing the data of anova mixed design. The result of hypothesis test was F =31,503 (p < 0,05). It shows that the sexual education was effective in improving self control on sexual behavior shown in the self control scores which was significantly difference among pretest, post-test and follow-up scores of the experimental group. In control group, the result was F = 0,242 (p > 0,05). It shows no significant improvement on pretest, post-test and follow-up scores. In the differentiation test of sexual knowledge variable, there was significant difference on pre-test, post-test and follow-up scores of the experimental group. In control group, there was no significant difference on pre-test, post-test and follow-up scores of sexual knowledge. The result above shows that the sexual education was effective to improve self control on sexual behavior in experimental group.
