Evaluasi sistem distribusi obat di RS Jogja International Hospital Yogyakarta

Rumah sakit JIH memerlukan sistem pendistribusian yang baik demi peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien. Dengan sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki saat ini sistem distribusi obat belum banyak menimbulkan permasalahan. Sejalan dengan berkembangnya persaingan di bidang pelayanan kesehatan di sektor swasta, JIH harus meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada pasien. Tujuan : Mengevaluasi sistem distribusi obat yang dijalankan di JIH Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional dengan jenis penelitian case study dan bersifat deskriptif-analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil : IFRS berada di bawah wakil direktur pelayanan medik, Anggaran belanja obat ditetapkan dalam RKAP tahunan. Jumlah SDM telah mencukupi baik dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas. JIH menggunakan SIMRS berbasis komputer. Sistem distribusi yang digunakan yaitu Sistem Unit Dose Dispensing, floorstock dan individual prescription. Tingkat ketersediaan obat mengikuti kebutuhan obat dirumah sakit , Jadwal pendistribusian obat untuk setiap instalasi telah ditentukan. Persentase penyimpangan jumlah obat sebesar 29,75%, persentase obat kadaluarsa sebanyak 0,02%, rata-rata waktu kekosongan obat 22,15 hari selama setahun, rata-rata waktu pelayanan resep adalah 14 menit 55 detik dan persentase obat yang terlayani adalah 100%. Indikator pelayanan resep menunjukan rata-rata item obat di rawat jalan 2,96 dan di rawat inap 2,61. Persentase obat generik rawat jalan 12,8% dan rawat inap 12,2%. Persentase peresepan antibiotik rawat jalan 37,16% dan rawat inap 36,6%. Persentase penggunaan injeksi rawat jalan 8,3% dan rawat inap 44% Kesimpulan : 1) sistem distribusi yang digunakan yaitu unit dose dispensing pada rawat inap dan individual prescription pada rawat jalan. 2). Sistem distribusi dipengaruhi oleh struktur organisasi, SDM, sistem informasi dan anggaran 3) Efisiensi sistem distribusi obat di Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital dapat dipenuhi. Efektifitas sistem distribusi di Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital belum tercapai.
Background: The process of medicine distribution can’t be separated from the role of the organization, budget, human resources, and information systems available in hospital. JIH hospital requires a good distribution system to improve health care services to patients. With facilities and infrastructure owned by the current medicine distribution system has not been causing problems. Along with the development of competition in the field of health care in the private sector, JIH should improve the quality of service to patients. Objective: To evaluate the medicine distribution system which runs on JIH Methods: This study used an observational method with type research of case study and descriptive-analytic study with a qualitative approach. Results: under IFRS, deputy director of medical services, medicine budget set out in the annual Budget. Number of adequate human resources both in terms of quality and quantity. JIH using computer-based SIMRS. Distribution system used by the Unit Dose Dispensing System, floorstock and individual Prescription. Level of medicine availability following the medicine needs in hospital, medicine distribution schedule for each installation have been determined. Percentage deviation of 29.75% of the medicine, the percentage of expired medicines as much as 0.02%, an average of 22.15 days of medicine unavailability time during the year, the average service time is 14 minute recipes 55 seconds and the percentage of medicine that is 100 underserved %. Service indicator shows the average prescription medicine items in outpatient and inpatient 2.96 2.61. The percentage of generic medicines and outpatient hospitalization 12.8% 12.2%. Percentage of outpatient antibiotic prescribing 37.16% and 36.6% inpatient. The distribution system is affected by organizational structure, human resources, information systems and budget 3) The efficiency of medicine distribution systems in hospitals can be met Jogja International Hospital. Effectiveness of distribution systems in hospitals Jogja International Hospital has not been achieved.
