Rancangbangun mesin pembelah biji kedelai (Glycine max L) sistem gesek putar dengan penerapan analisis dimensi

Rancangbangun mesin pembelah biji kedelai bahan baku tempe sistem gesek putar dengan menerapkan analsis dimensi (dimension analysis), agar semua ukuran biji kedelai dapat terbelah, sehingga tidak diperlukan proses pembelahan lanjut injak-injak kaki. Efisiensi pembelahan 98% dan kapasitasnya mencapai 98 kg/jam. Dengan membuat 5 buah hoper berdiameter (DH) 260 [mm] untuk jarak masing-masing sudu (SH) 51,025 [mm], 102,05 [mm], 204,1 [mm], 1 buah hoper berdiameter (DH) 300 [mm] dengan jarak sudu (SH) 117,75 [mm] dan 1 buah hoper berdiameter (DH) 280 [mm] dengan jarak sudu (SH) 109,9 [mm]. Kemudiaan 3 buah rotor berdiameter (DR) 90 [mm], jarak sudunya (SR) 70,65 [mm] dan 1 buah rotor berdiameter (DR) 180 [mm] jarak sudu (SR) 141,3 [mm] serta 1 buah rotor berdiameter (DR) 75 [mm] jarak sudunya (SR) 58,875 [mm]. Setelah melakukan pengujian pembelahan biji kedelai impor dan lokal sesuai dengan rancangan pengujian, maka hasil analisis data kapasitas belah menghasilkan hubungan matematis kapasitas kerja terhadap parameter yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu : Q = 101,099 (WB.n) (rumus). Hasil analisis parameter yang paling mempengaruhi kapasitas kerja adalah 8 π (rumus), jika 8 π mengalami perubahan 38,63% maka (rumus) mengalami penurunan 239,92% atau 1 π mengalami penurunan sebesar 6,211 kali perubahan 8 π . Model matemetis hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan untuk membuat mesin pembelah biji kedelai bahan baku tempe, agar parameter yang mempengaruhi kapasitas kerja menghasilkan kapasitas sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki.

The aim of this study was to design a machine for slicing soybean as tempeh raw material by a spin friction system with applied of dimension analysis technics until to find out the mathematical equations for work capacity parameters and others parameters relationship model. Five hoppers with 260 mm diameters (DH) of each for a several hopper’s blade distances (SH) are 51,025 [mm], 102,05 [mm], and 204,1 [mm], and one hopper with 300 mm diameters (DH) and 117,75 [mm] hopper’s blade distances (SH), respectively, was constructed. The other hand, there were three rotors with 90 mm diameters (DR) of each by 70,65 [mm] rotor’s blade distances, one rotor with 180 [mm] diameters (DR) by 141,3 [mm] rotor's blade distances, and one rotor with 75 [mm] diameters (DR) by 58,875 [mm] rotor's blade distances was constructed, too. The slicing experiment had carried out for two kinds of soybean, local and import, respectively. The result about work capacity and others parameters can be developed a mathematical relationship model, by a briefly equation is: (formula) (formula)by 0,020 times, decreasingly respectively. Based on this research concludes, this paper recomended that we can use the mathematical models were developed to design a soybean slice machine for tempeh as raw material in order to get work capacity parameter as our needed.
