Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan pertumbuhan outstanding dan kualitas kredit sektor agribisnis, non agribisnis, segmen bisnis ritel dan mikro, untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan antara kualitas kredit sektor agribisnis dan non agribisnis serta segmen bisnis ritel dan mikro, apakah terjadi interaksi antara sektor dan segmen kredit terhadap kualitas kredit serta mengevaluasi kebijakan penyaluran kredit sektor agribisnis, sektor non agribisnis, segmen bisnis ritel dan segmen bisnis mikro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder runtut waktu (time series) selama periode mulai bulan September 2005 – September 2008 (37 bulan) yang diperoleh dari laporan outstanding kredit Kantor Cabang BRI X. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis perkembangan dan tingkat pertumbuhan dan pengujian statistik (Uji-F). Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan kenaikan rata-rata outstanding kredit sektor agribisnis secara absolut lebih kecil dibanding kenaikan rata-rata outstanding kredit sektor non agribisnis, kenaikan rata-rata outstanding kredit segmen bisnis ritel secara absolut lebih besar dibanding segmen bisnis mikro, non performing loan sektor agribisnis lebih kecil dibanding non agribisnis, non performing loan segmen bisnis ritel lebih besar dibanding bisnis mikro, tidak ada perbedaan kualitas kredit sektor agribisnis dengan sektor non agribisnis serta segmen bisnis ritel dengan bisnis mikro serta adanya interaksi antara sektor kredit dengan segmen bisnis terhadap kualitas kredit.

Focus on this research is to know development and growing of outstanding and quality of credit in agribusiness and non agribusiness sector, retail and micro business segment, to know whether had variance of credit quality in agribusiness and non agribusiness sector and also in retail and micro business segment, to know whether happened interaction between sector with segment of credit to credit quality along with evaluating the policy of channelization credit in agribusiness and non agribusiness sector, retail and micro business segment. Research method used descriptive analysis. Using data is secondary data with time series along September 2005 – September 2007 period (37 month) from outstanding report of credit in BRI X Branch Office. Whereas analysis method using devopment and growing level and also statistical test (F Test). Aims of this research is growing average of credit outstanding in agribusiness absolute less than non agribusiness sector, growing average of credit outstanding in retail business absolute bigger than micro business segment, Non Performing Loan of agribusiness sector less than non agribusiness sector, Non Performing Loan of retail business bigger than micro business segment, there was no difference of credit quality in agribusiness and non agribusiness sector along with retail and micro business segment. Have some interaction between credit sector with business segment to credit quality.
