Analisis aksesibilitas spasial bandara internasional Lombok (BIL) di Pulau Lombok tahun 2010

Bandara Internasional Lombok diharapkan mampu mendukung program Visit Pariwisata Lombok-Sumbawa 2012 yang telah dicanangkan tahun 2009 oleh Pemerintah RI sebagai upaya mengejar pencapaian angka kunjungan wisatawan sebanyak satu juta wisatawan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menentukan rute terpendek BIL ke masing-masing ibukota kabupaten/kota, hotel berbintang, dan obyek wisata di Pulau Lombok. Penelitian ini juga mengukur aksesibilitas spasial BIL ke masing-masing ibukota kabupaten/kota, hotel berbintang, dan obyek wisata sehingga diketahui jangkauan pelayanan BIL. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hybrid model dengan memanfaatkan MapInfo 9.0 dan model gravitasi DGR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rute terpendek BIL dengan waktu 30 menit ke masing-masing ibukota kabupaten/kota, hotel berbintang, dan obyek wisata di Pulau Lombok. Besarnya peluang wisatawan untuk memanfaatkan layanan Bandara Internasional Lombok (BIL) ke masing-masing ibukota kabupaten/kota tertinggi dimiliki oleh Gerung yaitu sebesar 0,424 persen dan terendah dimiliki oleh Praya yaitu sebesar 0,278 persen. Besarnya peluang wisatawan yang untuk memanfaatkan layanan Bandara Internasional Lombok (BIL) ke masing-masing hotel berbintang di Pulau Lombok tertinggi dimiliki oleh hotel Novotel yaitu sebesar 0,457 persen dan terendah dimiliki oleh The Jayakarta yaitu sebesar 0,381 persen. Besarnya peluang wisatawan yang untuk memanfaatkan layanan Bandara Internasional Lombok (BIL) ke masing-masing obyek wisata di Pulau Lombok tertinggi dimiliki oleh Pura Suranadi yaitu sebesar 0,453 persen dan terendah dimiliki oleh Pantai Kuta yaitu sebesar 0,332 persen.

Lombok International Airport is expected to support the program Visit Lombok-Sumbawa Tourism 2012 which was inaugurated in 2009 by the Government of Indonesia as an effort to pursue the achievement of the number of tourist visits as many as one million tourists. This research tried to determine the shortest route to each of BIL's capital district/city, star hotels, and attractions on the island of Lombok. This research also measured the spatial accessibility to each of BIL's capital district/city, star hotels, and attractions so that known BIL coverage. Analysis tools used in this research is a hybrid model utilizing MapInfo 9.0 and DGR's gravity model. Results showed the shortest time BIL with 30 minutes to the respective capitals of districts/city, star hotels, and attractions on the island of Lombok. The amount of tourists the opportunity to utilize the services of Lombok International Airport (BIL) to each capital district/city is owned by Gerung highest that is equal to 0.424 percent and the lowest is owned by the Praya that is equal to 0.278 percent. The amount of tourists the opportunity to utilize the services of Lombok International Airport (BIL) to each star hotels in Novotel Lombok hotels are owned by the highest that is equal to 0.457 percent and the lowest is owned by The Jayakarta hotels is equal to 0.381 percent. The amount of tourists the opportunity to utilize the services of Lombok International Airport (BIL) to their respective places in the island is owned by Temple Suranadi highest that is equal to 0.453 percent and the lowest is owned by the Kuta Beach that is equal to 0.332 percent.
