Kebutuhan investasi dalam peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Merauke 2011-2015

Penelitian ini berjudul Kebutuhan Investasi Dalam Peningkatkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Kabupaten Merauke 2011-2015. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung proyeksi PDRB Kabupaten Merauke dan menghitung jumlah investasi yang dibutuhkan Kabupaten Merauke dalam kurun waktu 2011-1015. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder runtun waktu (time series) dari tahun 2004 sampai dengan tahun 2009 meliputi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), investasi swasta dan investasi pemerintah. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perhitungan ICOR, Proyeksi PDRB dan Perhitungan Kebutuhan Investasi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut. 1. Dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi rata-rata sebesar 6,9 persen per tahun, diperoleh proyeksi PDRB Kabupaten Merauke (atas dasar harga konstan tahun 2000) periode tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2015 sebagai berikut; PDRB tahun 2011 sebesar Rp. 1.516.561,54 juta, tahun 2012 sebesar 1.621.204,29 juta, tahun 2013 sebesar 1.733.067,38 juta, tahun 2014 sebesar 1.852.649,03 juta, dan tahun 2015 sebesar 1.980.481,81 juta. 2. Dengan besaran ICOR rata-rata sebesar 4,6 diperoleh proyeksi kebutuhan investasi nominal total selama periode 2011-2015 adalah sebesar Rp.7.965.703 dengan rincian tahun 2011 sebesar Rp. 1.072.425 juta , tahun 2012 sebesar Rp. 1.146.422 juta, tahun 2013 sebesar Rp. 1.225.525 juta, tahun 2014 sebesar Rp. 1.310.087 juta dan tahun 2015 sebesar Rp. 1.400.483 juta.

The present research entitles the Investment Requirement to Improve the 2011-2015 Economic Growth in Merauke Regency. The aim of this research is to compute the projected Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) of Merauke Regency and total investment that the Merauke Regency will require for 2011-2015 period. Data used in this research involved time series secondary data from 2004 to 2009 period including GDRP, private investment and government investment. ICOR rate, projected GDRP and Investment Requirement Computation were exploited as analysis instruments. Based on the computation, following results are found. 1. With average annual economic growth rate of 6.9 percent, the 2011-2015 GDRP projection of Merauke Regency (based on the 2000 constant price) will be Rp1,516,561.54 million in 2011, Rp1,621,204.29 million in 2012, Rp1,733,067.38 million in 2013, Rp1,852,649.03 million in 2014, and Rp1,980,481.81 million in 2015. 2. With average ICOR rate of 4.6, total nominal investment requirement during 2011-2015 will be Rp7,965,703 detailing Rp1,072,425 million in 2011, Rp1,146,422 million in 2012, Rp1,225,525 million in 2013, Rp1,310,087 million in 2014 and Rp1,400,483 million in 2015.
