Pendapat pengusaha busana muslim tentang berbisnis Islami di Kecamatan Gebog Kabupaten kudus

Kecamatan Gebog merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang menjadi sentra penghasil konveksi terbesar di Kudus, meskipun demikian banyak diantara para pengusaha di sana yang memilih untuk memproduksi busana muslim, baik yang berupa kerudung, mukena, baju muslim maupun baju muslimah. Mereka memilih produk tersebut bukan tanpa alasan, dalam berbagai acara di Kudus, para kaum wanita menggunakan busana muslim, seperti arisan, pengajian mingguan, undangan walimah, dan lain-lain. Karena itulah menurut mereka usaha memproduksi busana muslim merupakan salah satu usaha yang sangat prospektif, selain itu usaha tersebut mampu menyerap tenaga kerja yang cukup banyak, ratarata pekerjanya berasal dari wilayah Kecamatan Gebog dan sekitarnya, itu berarti para pengusaha tersebut telah banyak membuka lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya, suatu perbuatan yang sangat mulia, di samping itu pekerjaan tersebut tidak memerlukan tingkat pendidikan yang tingi, dengan hanya memiliki skill sudah cukup bagi para karyawan untuk bekerja secara maksimal. Para pengusaha tersebut beserta karyawannya semuanya beragama Islam, namun apakah bisnis yang mereka lakukan telah sesuai dengan bisnis yang Islami? Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana para perajin busana muslim di Kecamatan Gebog telah melakukan kegiatan bisnisnya sesuai dengan bisnis Islami, karena itu penulis mengambil beberapa kriteria untuk dijadikan parameter bagi bisnis para pengusaha tersebut, seperti pengadaan modal, sistem pengupahan, perhatian pengusaha terhadap kepentingan karyawan, kejujuran pengusaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan populasi seluruh perajin busana muslim di Kecamatan Gebog, dengan menggunakan metode sampling yang berjumlah 40 responden. Dan akhirnya kita bisa melihat bahwa di kecamatan Gebog ternyata dari 40 responden hanya 6 pengusaha (15%) saja yang melakukan kegiatan usahanya sesuai dengan bisnis Islami, tiga dari mereka telah melaksanakan ibadah haji sedangkan tiga lainnya belum melaksanakan ibadah haji.

Gebog district is one district which became the largest garmentproducing centers in Kudus, even so many of the entrepreneurs out there who choose to produce Muslim fashion, whether in the form of veils, mukena, Muslim dress or outfit muslimah. They chose these products not without reason, in a variety of events in Kudus, the Moslem women use, like a social gathering, weekly instruction, invitation walimah, and others. That's why they attempt to produce Muslim fashion is one of the most prospective, besides business is able to absorb quite a lot of labor, the average worker from Gebog District and surrounding areas, it means that the entrepreneur has many job opportunities for the community around it, a very noble deed, in addition to those jobs do not require the level of high-education, with only enough skill for employees to work optimally. Entrepreneurs and their employees are all Muslim, but whether they do business in accordance with Islamic business? This paper aims to identify the extent of the craftsmen in the Muslim fashion of Gebog District has conducted its business activities in accordance with Islamic business, so the author took some of the criteria to be used as parameters for the business entrepreneurs, such as the procurement of capital, wage system, the attention of employers against the interests of employees, honest businessman. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with a population of all Moslem craftsman in Gebog District using the sampling method, which amounts to 40 respondents. And finally we can see that in Gebog districts from 40 respondents was only six employers (15%) alone, which conducts its business in accordance with Islamic businesses, three of them have performed Hajj whereas the other three has not done the hajj.
