Hubungan kepuasan kerja dan need for achievement dengan kecenderungan resistance to change pada dosen UNDIP Semarang

2010 | Tesis | S2 Magister Sains PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, need for achievement dan kecenderungan resistance to change. Subjek penelitian adalah dosen Undip Semarang berjumlah 224 orang. Setiap subjek diberikan tiga skala, yaitu skala kepuasan kerja, skala need for achievement dan skala kecenderungan resistance to change Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan negative dan sangat signifikan antara kepuasan kerja, need for achievement dan kecenderungan resistance to change . Kepuasan kerja dan need for achievement memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 24,9% pada kecenderungan resistance to change.
The research is aimed to determine the correlation between job satisfaction, need for achievement, and dispositional resistance to change in a sample of 224 Diponegoro University lectures. The participants/ subjects are given three scales: job satisfaction scale, need for achievement scale and dispositional resistance to change scale. The results show a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction, need for achievement and dispositional resistance to change. The contribution of job satisfaction and need for achievement in predicting dispositional resistance to change is 24.9%
