PT PLN (Persero) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang ketenagalistrikan, mempunyai wilayah kerja tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Jumlah pegawai keseluruhan berkisar 40.000 pegawai yang terdiri dan berbagai disiplin ilmu baik teknik maupun non teknik. Dalam rangka perputaran pegawai tentunya perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pegawai-pegawai tersebut. Pada penelitian yang penulis lakukan saat ini bertujuan untuk membantu manajemen PT PLN (Persero) mempermudah proses seleksi mutasi jabatan tersebut serta membuatnya semakin efektif. Proses pembuatan penelitian ini diawali dengan pengambilan nilai terhadap kandidat, kemudian nilai-nilai tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam sistem pendukung keputusan dengan pendekatan Fuzzy MCDM yang selanjutnya dan sistem tersebut menghasilkan tingkatan nilai untuk masing-masing kandidat. Di akhir dan penelitian ini diharapkan proses seleksi mutasi jabatan yang ada di PT PLN (Persero) dapat berjalan dengan lancar, bersifat obyektif dan menjadi lebih sempurna.

PT PLN (Persero) is a state owned company that focused on electricity power. This company has approximately 40.000 employees from many disciplines or educational background either engineering or non-engineering. In order to perform the employee rotation, it needs to do the evaluation of the employees that that will be job-rotated. The objective of this research is to help the management of PT. PLN (persero) for processing the job-mutation easier, more effective. This research begins with scoring the candidates and then inputing the score in to the dicision support system with Fuzzy MCDM approach. The system will result the rank of the candidates. In the end of this research, hoped that the job mutation process in PT. PLN (persero) can be performed more objective and more perfect.
