Era globalisasi menuntut SDM yang bermutu tinggi dan siap berkompetisi, baik pada tataran nasional, regional, maupun internasional. Pemilihan guru berprestasi dimaksudkan antara lain untuk mendorong motivasi, dedikasi, loyalitas dan profesionalisme seorang guru pada era globalisasi ini. SMK Negeri-1 Sampit merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang juga selalu mengirimkan para guru setiap tahunnya untuk mengikuti pemilihan guru berprestasi tingkat kabupaten. Dari pengalaman beberapa tahun yang telah dilakukan dalam pemilihan guru berprestasi, terdapat beberapa permasalahan diantaranya yaitu kepala sekolah dalam memilih guru hanya berdasarkan pengamatan pribadi dari guru tersebut. Sehingga terkadang dalam memilih guru untuk mengikuti pemilihan guru berprestasi tidak memperhatikan semua kriteria penilaian diantaranya kriteria kinerja meliputi profesional, pedagogik, kepribadian dan sosial. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang maksimal. Dari permasalahan tersebut, pihak sekolah memerlukan adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk proses pemilihan guru berprestasi dilingkungan tingkat satuan pendidikan. Sistem yang akan dibangun ini menggunakan metode AHP untuk pemecahan masalahnya dan diharapkan sistem ini mampu membantu mendukung suatu pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh decission maker dalam hal ini kepala sekolah untuk proses pemilihan guru berprestasi pada lingkungan tingkat satuan pendidikan secara lebih obyektif. Hasil dari proses sistem ini adalah berupa daftar tiga orang peringkat terbaik yang akan diusulkan pada proses pemilihan guru berprestasi tingkat kabupaten mewakili sekolah.

The globalization era demanded the high human recourses and should already for competitions, in the national structure, regional and also international. The elections of achievement teacher are such as to push the motivation, dedication, loyalties, and the professionality of a teacher in this globalization era. SMK 1 Sampit city are one of vocational high school and also always sending their teachers in every years to attending in the elections of regency achievement Level. Hence experiences for many years which have done in the election of teacher achievement, there are some problems appears from the headmaster in the election of achievement teacher whose judge just by his own observation to the teacher. And sometimes this cases are not validity for choose the teacher to attending the election of achievement teacher, without pay attention for all of criteria points such as; professional work criteria, pedagogic, personality and society. That’s why the result is under maximum. From the problem above, the school side needed a system which can help the process of taking decision for the election of achievement in the environment of one education level. The system which have been build is used AHP method refer to solve the problem and this system expected could help to support taken some decision whose doing by Decision maker, the head master in this cases to the election of achievement teacher process at the environment of one education level in more objectives. The process of result system is based on the checklist data of 3 best grade point persons whose will get recommendation in the election of achievement teacher process from regency level refer to school representative.
