Analisis kinerja PT. Gorontalo Fitrah Mandiri sebagai perusahaan agribisnis

Perusahaan ini berbasis Agribisnis dimana usaha pertanian jagung, perikanan tangkap, rumput laut dan peternakan sapi bali sebagai core business. Penggunaan lembaga Perseroan Terbatas (PT) pada BUMD ini dimaksudkan untuk membatasi intervensi pemerintah dalam pengelolaah perusahaan dan semua kebijakan operasional yang diambil diputuskan melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS), hal ini sesuai Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas. Alasan perusahaan ini berorientasi pada usaha “agribisnis†adalah untuk mengembangkan potensi kawasan dan mendukung program unggulan PEMDA Provinsi Gorontalo. Melihat Rasio Profitabilitas PT.GFM yang masih negatif pada periode tahun 2003 – 2008 namun kecendrungannya meningkat walaupun bergerak relatif lambat, hal ini menunjukan kinerja membaik. Demikian pula sinergisme antar unit usaha dimana ada unit usaha menunjukan Rasio Profitabilitas Laba Kotor hingga 31% tetapi unit lain yang berorientasi sosial mengalami kerugian hingga -11%. Dari beberapa stakeholder yang mempengaruhi kinerja PT.GFM, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner pada stakeholder yang dianggap paling berpengaruh yaitu karyawan perusahaan, anggota DPRD dan unsur PEMDA Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian dengan metode angket ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji keshahihan dan keandalan instrumen yang digunakan. Untuk itu dilakukan uji validitas menggunakan metode Product Moment Correlation Pearson dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach. Hasil analisis menunjukan adanya respon positip dari stakeholder tersebut, namun beberapa hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian yaitu : 70% responden menyatakan pola kerja manajemen belum sesuai SOP, 73% merasa team work belum tercipta, 75% menyataka distribusi kerja kurang adil, 85% mengeluhkan gaji mereka masih rendah serta 82% berpikir ingin mencari pekerjaan lain. Anggota DPRD mengakui bahwa manajemen mau mendengarkan dan melaksanakan arahan, tetapi masih belum terbuka dalam menyampaikan permasalahannya sedangkan unsur PEMDA mengakui PT.GFM sering meminta bantuan dan senantiasa diarahkan dalam menjalankan perusahaan tersebut, 83% mengakuinya ada konfirmasi perbaikan dari PEMDA. Baik DPRD maupun PEMDA mengharapkan PT.GFM tetap memiliki manajemen berstandar ISO 9001-2000 dan tetap mendukung Program unggulan pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo.
PT. Gorontalo Fitrah Mandiri ( PT.GFM) is a provincial government owned company (BUMD) consisting of 11 units of business grouped into 3 divisions. This company line of agribusinesses are corn production, fishery including seaweed and cattle breeding especially Bali cow as the core businesses. Adoption of limited corporation (PT) on BUMD is intended to limit the intervention of Government in runing the business and all of operational policies which are decided through Public Meeting Stakeholders (RUPS) in line with Limited Corporation Rules. The reason for this company to focuse on Agribusiness is to develop area potential and to support the main program of the government of Gorontalo Province. Considering the profitability rasio of PT.GFM which was still negative in the period of 2003-2008, but the trend increased although relatively small ini progress; this indicated the performance of the business was good. That was happened in synergity of inter-business units where the were units with the profitability rasio of gross margin reached about 31% but other units focused on social business undertook loss by -11%. From data collecting on stakeholders most influential to the performance of the company were employers, parliament members and those from the provincial government. Study carried out by this questionnary method is aimed to examine the validity and reliability of the instrument used. For that reason, the study uses Product Moment Correlation Pearson Method for validity tests and Alpha Cronbach Method for reliability tests. The results of the tests indicate that there are positive responds from the above stakeholder with several points to be stressed : 70% of the respondens stated that the pattern of the work was not correspond to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), 73% felt that the team work didn't work properly, 75% stated that the work didn't distribute evenly, 85% complained on their salary which was minimum and 82% thought to seek for other job. Member of parliament point of view that board of management was willing to hear and do the direction, but still reluctant to disclose their problems honestly. From the element of Government point of view that PT.GFM was frequently seeking help to the Government and always asked for direction in runing the business, 83% confirmed that there were improvements on the Government responds. Both parliament and Government expecte to PT.GFM remaine poses ISO 9001-2000 and support the pre-eminent programs of Provincial Government.
