Persepsi keadilan prosedural sebagai mediator peningkatan organizational citizenship behavior akibat penilaian kinerja 360 derajat

2010 | Tesis | S2 Magister Profesi PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simulasi penilaian kinerja 360 derajat terhadap peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan melalui persepsi keadilan prosedural di salah satu perusahaan ritail di Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen (N=13) dan kelompok kontrol (N=14). Kelompok eksperimen mendapatkan serangkaian simulasi penilaian kinerja 360 derajat. Sebelum dan setelah simulasi, subjek diberi skala persepsi keadilan prosedural penilaian kinerja dan skala OCB. Kelompok kontrol diberi skala persepsi keadilan prosedural penilaian kinerja dan skala OCB tanpa diberi perlakuan. Hasil analisis dengan anava campuran menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja 360 derajat secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan persepsi keadilan prosedural (p<0,01 ; F= 119,58). Peningkatan persepsi keadilan prosedural digunakan untuk memprediksikan OCB. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi keadilan prosedural merupakan prediktor yang signifikan untuk memprediksi OCB (p<0,01).
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of 360 degrees performance appraisal simulation to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) improvement by mean of procedural justice in one retail company at Yogyakarta. Research subjects were divided into two groups which are experimental group (N=13) and control group (N=14). The experimental group simulated by series of 360 degrees performance appraisal. Before and after the intervention, perception of procedural justice and OCB scale is given to experimental group. Control group gave perception of procedural justice and OCB scale without receive intervention. By using anova-mixed, the result indicated that perception of procedural justice is significantly improved after 360 degrees performance appraisal simulation (p<0,01 ; F= 119,58). Perception of procedural justice improvement is used to predict OCB. Regression analysis result indicated that preception of procedural is a significant predictor to OCB (p<0,01).
