Kepedulian terhadap sahabat untuk meningkatkan perilaku bertanggung jawab pada saksi bullying

Bystander could play a critical role in bullying situation. Bystander’s responsible behavior was developed by giving them a clear explanation about bullying and how to be a part of the solution. Bystander’s responsible behavior assumed might reduce bullying incident in the school. Subject of this research were grade 4 and 5 elementary school students identified through identificati on scale and interview. Bystanders were given 5 sessions of training called “Kepedulian Terhadap Sahabat”. This research was conducted in quasi -experiment design with 16 subjects for experiment group and 17 others for control group. The data analyzed with mixed design anova to compare bystander’s responsible behavior in the two group before and after the training program. The result of this study showed that “Kepedulian Terhadap Sahabat” training program could increase bystander’s responsible behavior. There’s significance increasing in experiment group (F=16,470; p=0,000; p<0,01) compared to control group.
