Efektivitas pemberian paket bantuan sarana produksi agroindustri kecil di Kota Jayapura

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas paket bantuan sarana produksi sektor agroindustri kecil di Kota Jayapura dan mengetahui hubungan antara efektivitas paket bantuan dengan produktivitas agroindustri kecil. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analisis dengan alat bantu kuisioner. Jumlah responden yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 40 orang yang terdiri dari 10 orang responden dari Distrik Jayapura Utara, 10 orang dari Distrik Jayapura Selatan, 10 orang dari Distrik Muara Tami, dan 10 orang dari Distrik Abepura. Pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Stratified random sampling. Dasar pemilihan responden berdasarkan skala usaha yaitu pemula, berkembang, dan mandiri. Variabel independen yang diamati terdiri dari : umur, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, skala usaha, tingkat pendapatan, peran petugas dinas pertanian Kota Jayapura dan intensitas kehadiran pembinaan. Sedangkan yang menjadi variabel dependen yaitu efektivitas pemberian paket bantuan sarana produksi sektor agroindustri kecil di Kota Jayapura. Untuk mengetahui variabel dominan efektivitas pemberian paket bantuan sarana, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang dominan terhadap efektivitas pemberian paket sarana bantuan adalah umur, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan intensitas kehadiran dalam pembinaan. Efektivitas pemberian paket bantuan di nilai dari indikator meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil produksi agroindustri kecil, meningkatkan kesempatan kerja dan berusaha. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai koefisien regresi 1,818, t hitung 6,460 nilai F hitung 41,728 sedangkan nilai signifikansi 0.00 terbukti bahwa efektivitas paket bantuan sarana produksi mempengaruhi produktivitas agroindustri kecil.

The objective of this research is to examine the effectiveness of production tools assistance package for small agricultural industry sectors according to the influencing factors, and to determine the relationship between the effectiveness of this assistance package grants and the productivity of small agricultural industry at Jayapura City. Research method used is descriptive analysis by questionnaire as supporting tools. The number of respondents is 40, which consists of 10 respondents from North Jayapura District, 10 respondents from South Jayapura District, 10 respondents from Muara Tami District, and 10 respondents from Abepura District. The sampling of respondents was conducted by Stratified Random Sampling method. The basic of respondents’ selection was business scale, that is, beginner, developed, and independent. Observed independent variables includes: age, educational level, the number of dependent family members, business scale, income level, the roles of officer from Jayapura City Agricultural Department, and the intensity of counseling. Whereas, the dependent variables are the effectiveness of production tools assistance package grants for small agricultural industry sector at Jayapura City. To determine the variables that dominance the grants of tools assistance package, multiple linier regression analysis was used. The results of this research shows that the dominance factors on the effectiveness of grants are age, educational level, the number of dependent family members, and the intensity of counseling. The effectiveness of the assistance package grants was valued from indicators such as improving the quality and quantity of small agricultural industry production, increasing employment, and business opportunity. The results of regression analysis proved that the effectiveness of production tools assistance package affects the productivity of small agricultural industry. The results of simple linear regression analysis with coefficient regression values of 1.818, t count value of 6.460, F count value of 41,728, and the significant value of 0.00 proved that the effectiveness of production tools assistance package has effect on the productivity of small agricultural industry.
