Analisis maintenance task steam turbine generator dengan menggunakan metode reliability centered maintenance dalam rangka meningkatkan ketersediaan pasokan listrik di PT Kaltim Parna Industri

PT Kaltim Parna Industri saat ini melakukan perawatan (PM dan PdM) dengan metode schedule restoration task dimana PM dan PdM tanpa melakukan analisis. Untuk mengevaluasi apakah aktivitas perawatan yang ada saat ini masih relevan, maka dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) yang didalamnya menggunakan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Logic Tree Analysis (LTA). Sebagai proyek percontohan diambil Steam turbine generator. Hasil analisis dengan RCM didapatkan aktifitas perawatan yang lebih proporsional berupa on-condition task, scheduled restoration task, scheduled discard task, failure finding task, redesign is compulsory, no scheduled maintenance, redesign maybe desirable. Selain itu juga diperoleh beberapa aktifitas yang ada tidak perlu dicantumkan sebagai bagian dari kegiatan perawatan, karena tidak berpengaruh pada fungsi dan unjuk kerja peralatan.

PT Kaltim Parna Industry currently conduct maintenance (PM and PDM) by method of schedule restoration task of which PM and PDM was conducted without analysis. For evaluating whether the current activity of maintenance is still relevant, thus it was conducted analysis by using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) wherein used Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Logic Tree Analysis (LTA). As a pilot project, it was taken steam turbine generator. The result of analysis of RCM gains the more proportional activity of maintenance by shapes of on-condition task, scheduled restoration task, scheduled discard task, failure finding task, redesign is compulsory, no scheduled maintenance, redesign maybe desirable. In addition it gains that current activity is not worth to enclose as the part of maintenance activities, on the ground it has no influence to the function and performance of working equipment.
