Sistem pakar troubleshooting fitur dasar linux

Banyak permasalahan pada fitur dasar penggunaan linux oleh para pengguna awal Fedora sering dikeluhkan. Terkadang mereka langsung menanyakan ke teman ataupun orang yang dipandang lebih memahami tanpa merasa perlu untuk mengetahui apa yang sebenarnya terjadi pada komputer tersebut. Dengan adanya sistem pakar untuk penyelesaian masalah yang timbul pada fitur dasar dari Fedora, seorang yang awam dalam hal linux, khususnya untuk distribusi Fedora, akan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapinya. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode certaitny factor atau faktor kepastian. Munculnya metode ini karena informasi mengenai sebuah kejadian tidak dapat langsung dinilai benar atau salah secara 100%. Sistem pakar ini juga menggunakan mesin inferensi backward chaining (penelusuran ke belakang) yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan penelusuran troubleshooting terhadap permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi.

Many problems on the basic features in the use of linux by the beginners of the Fedora users are often complained. Sometimes they directly ask a friend or someone who is considered more capable without feeling the need to find out what really happened on that computer. With the expert system for solving problems arising in the basic features of Fedora, a layman in terms of linux, especially for the Fedora distribution, will be able to solve the problems it faces. This expert system uses the method of certainty factor. The emergence of this method is due to the fact that information about an event cannot be directly judged 100% right or wrong. This expert system also uses backward chaining inference engine (backward search) which is expected to facilitate the search for troubleshooting problems at hand.
