Pengaruh debt to equity ratio return on asset ratio serta uncounted for water terhadap kemampuan membayar hutang PT Pam Jaya setelah privatisasi :: Studi kasus PT PAM Lyonniase Jaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besamya pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset dan Uncounted for Water secara bersama-sama terhadap Debt Service Ratio PT PAM JAYA setelah melakukan privitasasi (studi kasus PT Pam Lyonnaise Jaya), serta mengetahui faktor mana yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt Service Ratio beserta korelasinya antar variabel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan satu korespodensi perusahaan yaitu PT PALYJA karena data yang digunakan untuk analisa penelitian, adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan dan data operasional perusahaan triwulan dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2009. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti adalah Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset dan Uncounted for Water. Ketiga variabel tersebut kemudian diregresikan terhadap Debt Service Ratio, kemudian hasil regresi tersebut diuji untuk melihat apakah hipotesa yang ada sesuai dengan hasil regresi tersebut. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel Debt to equity ratio, Return on asset ratio dan Uncounted for water ratio secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat Debt Service Ratio PT PAM JAYA. Hal ini sesuai yang diharapkan penulis. Terbukti dengan hasil signifikansi Fhi,„ng yaitu 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari a - 0,05. Dari ketiga variabel independent yang diteliti, secara individual hanya variabel Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Asset yang mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Debt Service Ratio, sedangkan variabel Uncounted for Water tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Ketiga variabel independent dari hasil penelitian mampu menjelaskan 52,20% terhadap Debt Service Ratio, ini terlihat nilai R^ sebesar 0,522 terhadap variabel Debt Service Ratio. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,80 % merupakan pengaruh dari variabel-variabel independent lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam analisis Kata kunci : Debt Service Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio. The purpose of this thesis is to gain an empirical evidence to determine these following factors (Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset and Uncounted for Water) have relationship with the Debt Service Ratio PT PAM JAYA (case study PT Pam Lyonnaise Jaya). The other purpose is to determine which of those factors as the one having the closest relationship with the Debt Service Ratio correlated with each variabel. The hypothesis of this research claims that there is correlation between Debt Service Ratio with each variable factors. Sample were taken form one corrospondent company, PT Pam Lyonnaise Jaya such as financial data report and operational data report. Regression analysis is used to test the relevancy among Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset and Unconted for Water as independent variables, in regard to Debt Service Ratio as dependent variables. The result of this research shows that Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset and Uncounted for Water significantly affect Debt Service Ratio. From all of the factors, only Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Asset closer relationship or as the most significant variables in influencing Debt Service Ratio, while Uncounted for Water don't have any significant influence towards Debt Service Ratio.
