Diferensiasi operational excelence untuk mencapai sustainable building pada Centro Lifestyle Department Store di Yogyakarta

Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan terhadap diferensiasi operasional department store yang telah diterapkan, menganalisis faktor dominan dari prioritas operasional excellence (service internal dan eksternal) department store yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan perubahan lingkungan untuk mencari peluang menuju sustainable building. Tes pendahuluan dilakukan dengan Focus Group Disscussion yang dihadiri sebanyak 11 orang. Dan ditemukan sebanyak 8 prioritas diferensiasi operasional dalam Centro Department Store, yaitu tema toko, layout, display merchandise, lighting dan AC, musik dan sirkulasi, exit, eskalator dan lift. Hasil dari AHP adalah layout dari sebuah toko mendapatkan bobot 20,34%. Tema toko memiliki bobot 18,20%. Dan untuk Lighting dan AC memiliki bobot sebesar 14,64%. Penelitian ini menemukan fakta bahwa untuk mencapai sustainable building dari sebuah department store bahwa operasional excellence dicapai melalui balancing antara service internal dan eksternal (tangible).

This paper planned to examine operational exellence differentiation department store that allready applied, and to analyze dominan priority factor from operasional excellence (internal and external service) department store and adjust with environmntal changes for having oppurtunity to achieve sustainable building. Pre test conduct from Focus Group Disscussion who attend eleven staff. From the discussion found that there eight priorit to achieving differentiation operational excellence at Centro Department Store, such as store theme, layout, display merchandise, lighting and AC, music and sirkulation, exit, escalator and lift. From the AHP methode, store layout carried 20,34% weight. Store theme carried 18,20% weight. Lighting and AC carried 14,64% weight. This research found that to achiev sustainable building from department store, is balancing external and internal services from its operational excellence (tangible).
