Role overload refers to the combination of the questionnaire developed by Caplan (1971) and Guelzow et al. (1995). Job satisfaction variable is measured by Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) belong to Spector (1997, meanwhile organizational commitment’s variable was developed based on research conducted by Meyer, Allen, and Smith (1993).
