Prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial anak terlantar :: Studi tentang pengaruh dukungan pekerja sosial sikap sosial motivasi berprestasi dan proses belajar terhadap prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial anak terlantar di Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Yogyakarta

Prestasi belajar anak terlantar di PSAA Yogyakarta sebagian masih rendah, termasuk prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial. Rendahnya prestasi belajar ini dipengaruhi oleh aspek internal dan eksternal yang ada pada diri anak. Faktor internal antara lain minat, sikap, motif, harga diri dan lain-lain. Sedangkan faktor eksternal antara lain lingkungan belajar dan sistem penyajian dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh dukungan Pekerja sosial, sikap sosial, motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial dengan proses belajar sebagai variabel antara. Ada tiga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu :1)Ada pengaruh yang positif dukungan Pekerja sosial terhadap prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial dengan proses belajar sebagai variabel antara.2)Ada pengaruh yang positif sikap sosial terhadap prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial dengan proses belajar sebagai variabel antara.3) Ada pengaruh yang positif motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial dengan proses belajar sebagai variabel antara.Subyek penelitian ini 60 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi Product moment dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pengaruh dukungan Pekerja sosial terhadap prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial melalui variabel antara pengaruhnya lebih sgnifikan dibanding dengan pengaruh tidak melalui variabel antara ( perbandingan koefisiennya 0,593 : -0,281 ). 2) Pengaruh sikap sosial terhadap prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial melalui variabel antara pengaruhnya lebih signifikan dibanding tidak melalui variabel antara ( perbandingan koefisiennya 0,377 : 0,167 ).3) Pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar bimbingan sosial melalui variabel antara pengaruhnya lebih signifikan dibanding dengan pengaruh tidak melalui variabel antara ( perbandingan koefisiennya 0,502 : -0,033 ) 4). Hasil analisis korelasi berganda bahwa variabel bebas satu (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel tergantung (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi -13,342 %.Sikap sosial sebagai variabel bebas kedua (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel tergantung(Y) dengan kefisien determinasi 14,035 %. Motivasi berprestasi sebagai variabel bebas ketiga (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel tergantung (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi 6,674 %. Proses belajar sebagai variabel bebas keempat (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel tergantung (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi 55,407 %. Secara bersama-sama variabel X1,X2,X3,X4, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y dengan koefisien determinasi (R Square ) sebesar 62,7 %. Sedangkan pengaruh sebesar 37,3 % ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini.

Waif Learning achievement in children care social orphanage Yogyakarta is still low, including learning achievement of social guidance. The low learning achievement is influenced by internal and external aspect are present in children. Internal factor such as interest, attitudes, motivies, self-confidence, self-esteem and more. While external factors such as learning environment and learning systems in the presentation. This research aims to measure the influences of the support of social workers, social attitudes, achievement motivation of learning achievement of social guidance wih the process of learning as a variable between. There are three hypotheses in this research are : 1) There is a positive influence on social workers support for learning achievement of social guidance with the process of learning as variable between, 2) There is a positive influence on social attitudes toward learning achievement of social guidance with the process of learning as a variable between, 3) There is a positive influence on achievement motivation for learning achievement of social guidance with the process learning as a variable between. Subject in this research were 60 children. Data collection techniques with questionares and interviews. Data analyzed by product moment correlaton with the help of SPSS. The result of analysis show that : 1) The influence of social workers support to the learning achievement of social guidance through the influence of variable more than significan not influence the variable between ( comparison coefficients for 0,593 : - 0,291 ) 2) The influence of social attitudes toward learning achievement of social guidance throught the variables of more significant effect than not through a variable between ( Comparison coefficients 0,377 : 0,167 ) 3) The influence of achievement motivation for learning achievement of social guidance through the variables of influence is more significant than the influence is not through variable between ( comparison coefficient for 0,502 : - 0,033 ). 4) The result of correlation analysis that a single independent variable (X1) have a significant effect on dependent variable (Y) with coefficients of determination - 13.342%. Social attitude as the second independent variable (X2) have a significant effect on dependent variable (Y) with 14.035% coefficient determination. Achievement motivation as a third independent variable (X3) did not have a significant effect on dependent variable (Y) with coefficient of determination 6.674%. The process of learning as a fourth independent variable (X4) have a significant effect on dependent variable (Y) with coefficients of determination 55.407%. Together the variables X1, X2, X3, X4, have a significant effect on variable Y with the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 62.7%. While the influence of 37.3% determined by other factors not examined in this research.
