Latar Belakang: Politeknik Kesehatan (Poltekkes) Depkes RI sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi tenaga kesehatan milik pemerintah perlu memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan memiliki situs web guna keperluan e-Goverment dan e-Learning / e-Education. Dengan semakin banyaknya Poltekkes Depkes yang mengembangkan web site, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan monitoring dari keberadaan web site tsb. Penelitian ini akan membahas sebuah model evaluasi web site Poltekkes Depkes dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada publik melalui internet. Tujuan: Memperoleh gambaran karakteristik isi, desain, dan seni dari situs web Politeknik Kesehatan Depkes terpilih. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif eksploratif, yang menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi terhadap 9 situs web Poltekkes Depkes yang dipilih secara purposive. Sampling frame digunakan hasil pencarian Google dan kombinasi penelusuran manual hyperlink. Hasil: Situs Poltekkes Depkes memuat data/informasi tentang Poltekkes pembuat situs, visi dan misi, tugas pokok dan fungsi, struktur organisasi, daftar pejabat, peraturan dan kebijakan yang telah dihasilkan, informasi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan terkini, kalender akademik, Jurusan dan Prodi yang ada, kurikulum, SDM dosen dan pegawai, hasil seleksi mahasiswa baru/Sipenmaru, sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki, kegiatan kemahasiswaan, informasi alumni, galeri foto, artikel/ jurnal ilmiah/hasil penelitian kesehatan, serta aplikasi e- Learning. Sedangkan informasi penunjang yang disediakan meliputi: iklan dari lingkungan Poltekkes, berita, web counter, dan web calendar. Situs belum menyediakan: data mahasiswa, MOU, fasilitas download e-book terkait ilmu kesehatan, peta lokasi kampus, e-procurement, English version, dan peta situs. Pengelola web Poltekkes telah menyediakan fasilitas interaktifitas dan navigasional bagi pengunjung situs sebagai perwujudan dari situs Web 2,0. Aspek seni yang tersedia pada situs adalah berupa: animasi, gambar, font-font huruf yang menarik, dan pemilihan warna untuk situs dengan kelengkapan yang bervariasi pada setiap situs Poltekkes. Kesimpulan: Situs-situs web Poltekkes Depkes yang diteliti masih berupa company profile atau sebatas web presence saja dari data/informasi yang dimiliki. Kelengkapan aspek isi, desain, dan seni pada ke-9 situs web Poltekkes Depkes berbeda-beda. Situs PDG adalah yang memiliki kelengkapan tertinggi, sedangkan situs MDN adalah yang paling rendah. Backgrounds: Poltekkes Depkes RI as high education institution which had by government, need to utilize an advance of information technology and communication with having website in order to requiring e-Government and e- Learning (e-Education). Evaluation and monitoring website is needed because so many Poltekkes Depkes develop websites. This research will discuss an evaluation model of Poltekkes Depkes website in order to give public services through internet. Objective: To get description of content characteristic, design, and art from Poltekkes Depkes website chosen. Methods: Explorative descriptive research, using content analysis approach towards 9 Poltekkes Depkes website which chosen purposively. Sampling frame used Google searching result and combination of hyperlink manual searching. Results: Poltekkes Depkes site contains data/information about Poltekkes: site maker, vision and mission, main role and function, organization structure, functionary list, rule and sense resultant, health potential education updated information, academic calendar, department and study program, curriculum, human resources (teacher and employee) result of new student receipt system (Sipenmaru), vehicle and infrastructure, student activities, graduating student information, photo gallery, article/sci-journal/health research result, and also e-Learning application. Other application presented involved: Poltekkes advertisement, news, web counter, and web calendar. This site is not yet presents: student data, MoU, e-book download facility relates with healthy science, campus location map, e-procurement, English version, and site map. Poltekkes web administrator already presents interactive activity and navigation for web visitors as a release of website 2,0. Art aspect which presented are: animation, picture, interested font characters, and color option for sites with various completeness in every Poltekkes site. Conclusions: Poltekkes Depkes websites which is elaborated, still appearance as company profile or limited as web presence of data/information possesed. Completeness of content aspect, design, and art in 9 different websites of Poltekkes Depkes PDG site has a highest completeness, while MDN site is lowest.
