Hubungan iklim kerja organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Divre IV

Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 106 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Telkom Divre IV, Kandatel Yogyakarta dan Kandatel Surakarta. Setiap subjek penelitian diberikan tiga macam skala, yaitu skala iklim kerja organisasi, skala motivasi kerja dan skala kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi ganda, dihasilkan pola hubungan sebagai berikut : Pertama, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim kerja organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja (R = 0,579 dan p < 0,01) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 33,6%. Kedua, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim kerja organisasi dengan kinerja (r = 0,348 dan p < 0,01) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 28,7%. Ketiga, ada hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja (r = 0,290 dan p < 0,01) dengan sumbangan efektif 23,3%.
The aim of this research is to examine the correlation between organizational work climate and work motivation toward employee performance. This research uses purposive sampling to get the samples. The samples who involved are 106 employees of PT Telkom Regional Division IV, at Kandatel Yogyakarta and Kandatel Surakarta. Each subject is given three scales: organizational work climate scale, work motivation scale, and performance scale. Multiple regression analysis is used as a statistical method. The research showed that: (1) there was a significant correlation between work climate organization and work motivation toward performance (R = 0.579; p < 0.01), with effective contrib ution 32.3% to performance. (2) There was a positive and significant correlation between work climate organization with performance (r = 0.348; p < 0.01), the effective contribution is 28.7% to performance. (3) There was a positive and significant correlation between work motivation with performance (r = 0.290; p < 0.01) and the effective contribution is 23.3% to performance.
