Peran kekuasaan pimpinan dan keadilan prosedural terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan rumah sakit

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Kekuasaan Pimpinan dan Keadilan Prosedural terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada Karyawan Rumah Sakit. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel purposive sampling pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 95 orang dari bagian medis, administrasi, keperawatan dan paramedis non keperawatan, telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun, pendidikan minimal SLTA. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala kekuasaan pimpinan, skala keadilan prosedural dan skala komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kekuasaan pimpinan dan keadilan prosedural terhadap komitmen organisasi (F = 10,129; p < 0,01; R = 0,425; R2 = 0,180), (2) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuasaan pimpinan dengan komitmen organisasi (r = 0,071; p > 0,05), (3) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keadilan prosedural dengan komitmen organisasi (r = 0,322; p < 0,05)

The objective of this research is to know the role of leadership power and procedural justice toward organizational commitment for hospital employee. This research applied purposive sampling. Subject of this research consisted of 95 respondent working in Mental Hospital of Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang, who had been working in medical department, administration department, nurse and nonnurse department for more than one year and who have reached at least high school education. The were three scales applied in the collection of data, the leadership power scale, the procedural justice scale and the organizational commitment scale. Result of which and the data gathered had been tabulated and analyzed using regression analysis. Result of this study show that (1) there is a significant relationship between leadership power and procedural justice toward organizational commitment (F = 10,129; p<0,01; r = 0,425; r2 = 0,180), (2) there is no significant relationship between leadership power toward organizational commitment (r = 0,071; p > 0,05) and (3) there is a positive relationship between prosedural justice and organizational commitment (r = 0,322; p < 0,05)
