Pengaruh inteligensi emosional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan kohesivitas sebagai pemediasi

2009 | Tesis | S2 Magister ManajemenPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh inteligensi emosional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dan peran kohesivitas kelompok sebagai mediator pada pengaruh inteligensi emosional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT ASA Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan survey. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 120 orang, yang diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel: (1) karyawan tetap, (2) karyawan yang tidak memiliki jabatan struktural, seperti kepala bagian, mandor dan lain- lain. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi dengan mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara empiris: (1) Organizational citizenship behavior karyawan tergolong kuat (rata-rata skor 3,49). Inteligensi emosional tergolong sedang (rata-rata skor 3,12), dan kohesivitas kelompok tergolong kuat (rata-rata skor 3,18), (2) Inteligensi emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan (ß2=0,701; p=0,000), (3) Inteligensi emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kohesivitas kelompok karyawan (ß1=0,658; p=0,000), (4) Kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan (ß3=0,844; p=0,000), (5) Kohesivitas kelompok sebagai mediator dalam pengaruh inteligensi emosional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan.
This research aim to know influence of emotional inteligence to organizational citizenship behavior, and the role of group cohesivity as mediator at emotional inteligensi influence to organizational citizenship behavior. Research is executed in PT ASA Yogyakarta. This research done with approach survey. Number of samples applied 120 mans, what taken in purposive sampling with sampling criterion: (1) permanent employee, (2) employee which is not has structural occupation, like superintendent, gaffer and others. Retrieval of data is done with questionaire which has been tested its(the validity and reliability. Data analytical method applied to test hypothesis is regression with mediasi. Result of this research shows in empiric: (1) organizational citizenship behavior employee PT ASA Yogyakarta pertained strong ( average of score 3,49). emotional Inteligensi pertained medium (average of score 3,12), and kohesivity group of pertained strong (average of score 3,18), (2) emotional inteligensi had an positive effect and significance to organizational citizenship behavior (ß2=0,701; p=0,000), (3) emotional intelligence had an positive effect and significance to group cohesivity of employee (ß1=0,658; p=0,000), (4) Group cohesivity had an positive and significance effect to organizational citizenship behavior employee (ß3=0,844; p=0,000), (5) Group cohesivity as mediator in emotional intelligence influence to organizational citizenship behavior employee.
