Strategi dan pilihan politik PKS :: Studi atas praktek politik kepentingan partai dakwah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan meneliti alasan perubahan strategi PKS. Pada pemilu 2004 yang lalu, PKS mampu memperoleh suara yang cukup spektakuler. Ada perbedaan mencolok antara PK dan PKS. Ketika masih bernama Partai Keadilan, stereotipe partai ini lebih menunjukkan diri seperti partai fundamentalis Islam yang bertujuan mengubah konstitusi negara. Sebaliknya, PKS meskipun kelanjutan dari PK, ia lebih menampakkan diri sebagai partai yang lebih moderat, substansialis dan rasionalis. PKS tidak lagi menekankan pentingnya usaha formalisasi syariat Islam dalam konstitusi bernegara. Singkatnya PKS ingin menunjukkan diri sebagai partai yang inklusif meskipun itu baru pada tataran praksis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitatif, yang meliputi: metode memperoleh data atau observasi data, sumber data, metode menganalisa data, serta alat-alat (ilmu-ilmu) bantu yang diperlukan untuk mempertajam analisa data. Peneliti akan menggunakan sumber utama berupa AD/ART PKS sebagai acuan awal untuk memahami langkah-langkah PKS dalam menjalankan roda organisasi secara konstitusional partai. Di dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji alasan mengapa PKS melakukan perubahan strategi yang berdampak pada lemahnya nilai-nilai dakwah yang diperjuangkan sebagaimana ketika masih bernama PK. Ada tiga faktor yang menjadi alasan mengapa PKS melakukan perubahan strategi. (1) alasan ijtihad politik; (2)landasan teologis berupa pengembangan wacana fikih prioritas dan fikih gerakan;dan (3) rasionlitas politik, yaitu realitas politik Indonesia. Sebagai partai yang lahir dari embrio tarbiyah dan ingin memperjuangkan internasionalisme Islam, PKS dalam kasus pemilu 2004 lalu tidak lagi menyuarakan hal ini. PKS lebih suka dan cenderung untuk membicarakan kasus-kasus yang sifatnya masalah umum seperti pemberantsan korupsi, pemerintahan yang berrsih dan berwibawa dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini juga akan meneliti dampak atau implikasi dari perubahan strategi tersebut terhadap visi dakwah PKS. Posisi PKS yang dualisme, yakni peran sebagai partai politik dan sebagai gerakan dakwah telah menempatkan partai dakwah ini dalam posisi yang dilematis dan kontra-produktif. Artinya, PKS banyak disosrot sebagai partai yang telah menyelewengkan makna dakwah demi kepentingan dan ambisi-ambisi politiknya. Usaha untuk mengintegrasikan dakwah dan politik ternyata sangat sulit dilakukan. Kepentingan politik lebih dominan ketimbang misi dakwah.Berkaitan dengan hal ini, PKS lebih menunjukkan diri sebagai sebuah entitas gerakan sosial-politik yang berusaha untuk merebut dan meraih kekuasaan. posisi dakwah tersubordinasi oleh kepentingan politiknya. Ini tampak dari gerakan infiltrasi ideologi ke wilayah-wilayah yang selama ini sudah digarap oleh ormas Islam yang lebih konsen pada dakwah murni, seperti NU-Muhammadiyah.

The aim of this research is to examine and explore the reason of political change of Prosperous Justice Party. In election 2004 ago, this party be able to got significant vote and it very spectacular. There is different between Justice Party and Prosperous Justice Party. The stereotype of Justice Party is more fundamentalist and want to change the state constitution. On the contrary, the Prosperous Justice Party appear more as the moderate, substantiality, and rationalist party. The stressing of this party is not strive to change state constitution or formalization Islamic sharia in state constitution. Briefly, the Prosperous Justice Party want to show as the inclusive party although it in practical level. The use of research method is descriptive analytical, it consist of: method of looking for the data or data observation, source of data, to analyze the data, and some of the supporting tool to sharpen the analytical data. The observer will use the prime source, that is the constitution of Prosperous Justice Party as the first way to understand the ways of Prosperous Justice Party in operating organization constitutionally. In this research will be observed the reasons of Prosperous Justice Party in change the strategy where this decision gave the impact of weakness of Islamic mission values. There are three factors of the reasons why Prosperous Justice Party did the change of strategy. (1) the reason of political ijtihad; (2) base on theology reason, that is development of discourses both priority fikih and movement fikih; (3) political rationality reason, that is political reality in Indonesia. As the party was born from tarbiyah embryo and want to do struggle the concept of internationalism of Islam, the Prosperous Justice Party in election in 2004 don't bring it issues again. But, this party incline to campaign the conventional issues such as fighting against corruption, clean government and necessities of the people. So, this research will observe the impact or implication from the change of strategy on Islamic vision of this party. In this case, position of Prosperous Justice Party is double standard. One side Prosperous Justice Party is political party, and so as the religious movement. Therefore, the position of this party is dilemmatic and contra-productive. The meaning is that this party is out from the Islamic mission agenda. Political interest is very dominant than Islamic mission. Therefore, the Prosperous Justice Party have shown as the political movement that strive to obtain the profit thing (power). Meanwhile, the Islamic mission is become subordinate one. And one of the case of this party is the attempt to spread their ideology to the religious organization such as NU and Muhammadiyah. And as far as we know that NU and Muhammadiyah are very well known as the pure religious movement, on the contrary, this party is not.
