Kebutuhan investasi di Provinsi Nangroe Aceh Darussalam

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghitung proyeksi PDRB di Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam pada tahun 2009-2013; (2) menghitung besaran investasi yang dibutuhkan di Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam dalam kurun waktu antara tahun 2009-2013; dan (3) mengidentifikasi sektor unggulan di Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam dan Badan Investasi dan Promosi Daerah Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi: penghitungan laju pertumbuhan dan proyeksi PDRB, perhitungan ICOR, location quotient dan shift-share. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh adalah (1) dengan pertumbuhan rata-rata sebesar 1,47 persen, maka proyeksi PDRB Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam pada tahun 2009 sebesar Rp39.164,15 milyar, pada tahun 2010 sebesar Rp39.730,61 milyar, tahun 2011 sebesar Rp40,323,52 milyar, tahun 2012 sebesar Rp40.916,01 milyar dan tahun 2013 sebesar Rp41.517,12 milyar; (2) Nilai ICOR rata-rata Provinsi NAD dengan menggunakan time lag 1 tahun adalah 3,45; (3) dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi NAD sebesar 1,47 persen dan ICOR 3,45, maka pada tahun 2009 investasi yang dibutuhkan adalah sebesar Rp135.116,32 milyar, tahun 2010 sebesar Rp137.101,65 milyar, tahun 2011 sebesar Rp139.116,14 milyar, tahun 2012 sebesar Rp141.160,23 milyar dan pada tahun 2013 investasi yang dibutuhkan Provinsi NAD adalah sebesar Rp143.234,37 milyar; dan (4) sektor yang memenuhi kriteria spesialisasi dan mempunyai keunggulan kompetitif di Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam adalah sektor pertambangan dan penggalian, sektor pertanian, peternakan, kehutanan dan perikanan dan sektor jasa-jasa.

This research is aimed to (1) calculate GRDP forecasting of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province in the period of 2009-2013; (2) calculate required investment GRD forecasting in the period of the period 2009-2013; and (3) identify the dominant economic sector in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province which fits the criteria as sector has specialization and competitive advantage in the period of 2001- 2007. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and Investment and Promotion Agency Region of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Analysis tools used include: calculating the rate of growth and GRDP forecasting, ICOR calculations, location quotient and shift share. Analysis results obtained are (1) the average economic growth rate of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province in the period 2000-2007 was 1,47 percent per year and the GDRP forecasting growth projected (based on the 2000 constant price) for 2009 is Rp39,164.15 billion, for 2010 is Rp39,730. 61 billion, for 2011 is Rp40,323.52 billion, for 2012 is Rp40,916.01 billion and for 2013 is Rp41,517.12 billion; (2) the value of the average ICOR of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province by using a 1-year time lag is 3.45; (3) required investment forecasting in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province with the ICOR of 3,45 and growth economy of 1,47 percent for 2009 is Rp135,116.32 billion, for 2010 is Rp137,101.65 billion, for 2011 is Rp139,116.14 billion, for 2012 is Rp141,160.23 billion; and for 2013 is Rp143,234.37 billion; and (4) the dominant economic sector which fits the criteria as the sector has specialization and competitive advantage in Nanggroe Aceh Darusalam Province was the mining sector and extraction, agriculture, livestock, forestry and fisheries sector and services sector.
