This research is about the economic studies of rural water supply installation. Case study: Water Treatment Installation Baron Gunungkidul Regency. This research objective are (1) estimate the benefits of Water Treatment Installation Baron Gunungkidul Regency. (2) estimate the cost of Water Treatment Installation Baron Gunungkidul Regency. (3) assess the economic feasibility of installation of Water Treatment Installation Baron Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses analysis tool Net Benefit Cost (NBC) and sensitivity analysis. Result of this research are: (1) Investment Valuation-Net Benefit Cost Water Treatment Installation Project Baron actually has a positive value in the amount of Rp8.485.809.873,- the Water Treatment Installation Baron Benefit- Cost Analysis methods It can be concluded feasible. (2). The results of sensitivity analysis, investment appraisal of the development of Water Treatment Installation Baron has a good level of sensitivity. Installation of investment appraisal Water Treatment Installation Baron, Gunungkidul Regency with changes in interest rates increased to 15 per cent was investment appraisal still has positive value in the amount of Rp3.510.783.674, - the Development Installing Project Drinking Water Baron with interest rate rises to 15 percent concluded to be feasible. (3) the components proved to benefit the community savings in buying the water tank has the greatest role is to reach 46.84 percent, while the cost components, operations and maintenance costs have the greatest role is to reach 68.54 percent.
