Berkembangnya pola pikir dan sensitivitas customer terhadap kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik, maka institusi pendidikan dituntut untuk lebih memaksimalkan jasa pelayanan pendidikan. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sebagai faktor kunci dalam organisasi harus meningkatkan potensi diri dan mengelolanya, baik internal maupun eksternal dalam institusi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengaruhnya terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan-studi di Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam-Universitas Islam Indonesia (FMIPA-UII) Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode analitik dengan rancangan explanatory research. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengisi kuesioner sebanyak 40 responden sebagai populasi seluruh karyawan. Analisis menggunakan statistika regresi ganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan secara bersama-sama. Secara terpisah, kepemimpinan transformasional tipe motivasi inspirasi mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional tipe kharisma, stimulasi intelektual, dan perhatian individu tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Perbandingan skor median hipotetik dan empirik kepemimpinan transformasional dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) menunjukkan bahwa nilai skor median empirik lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hipotetiknya, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam-Universitas Islam Indonesia (FMIPA-UII) Yogyakarta diatas skor median dengan nilai sedang.

Increasing the orientation and customer sensitivities about education’s service and institutional quality that better, it has an obligation to maximize the educational service. Human resources as an organization’s key factor must be increase and manage their internal or external potential. Aims of this research to know influence of transformational leadership within Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) staff on Mathematics and Science Faculty-University of Islam Indonesia and how the influence of its aspects within Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) their staff. This research use analytic method with explanatory resarch. The employee must fulfill the 40 questionnaires as research population. Analyzes use statistics multiple regression to know influence of transformational leadership within Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) staff. Result of this research shows that significant effect between four transformational leadership aspect’s within Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) when use collective method. With separate method, transformational leadership aspect, inspirational motivation type has significant relationship within Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) staff. Whereas the other transformational leadership aspects, like: kharisma, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration doesn’t have significant relationship within Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Compartment hypothetic and empiric mean score of transformational leadership show that empiric’s mean score higher than hypothetic mean score, so with this case, we can conclude that transformational leadership of Mathematics and Science Faculty-University of Islam Indonesia staff are higher than its mean score with medium score. Same as transformational leadership hypothetic and empiric mean score, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) have higher mean score. And it shows that Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Mathematics and Science Faculty-University of Islam Indonesia staff higher than its mean score with medium score.
