This research aimed to recognize the effect of positive thinking training to enhance the self acceptance level of adolescent whose parents divorced. The possitive thinking training was applied in 8 session and 4 weeks durations. Participant characteristic within this reseach is adolescent with age 15-18, whose parents divorced. Design of this research is randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The instrument of measurement in this research was self acceptance scale, observation, interview worksheet training and sharing. The result of Mann Withney U with gain score indicated that there was significant differences of self acceptance score in post-test measurement between experimental group and control group, which Z= -2,881 and p= 0,002 (p<0,05). It means that positive thinking training was effective for enhancing the self acceptance level of adolescent whose parents divorced.
