Pengaruh iklim organisasi persepsian terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Yogyakarta

2009 | Tesis | S2 Magister ManajemenPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi persepsian terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Yogyakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan conviniance sampling. Conviniance sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebutuhan, anggota populasi yang ditemui peneliti dan bersedia menjadi responden dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang positif iklim organisasi persepsian terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dari analisis regresi linier sederhana dapat diperoleh persamaan Y = 37,357 + 0,67 X1. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa iklim organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif persepsian terhadap kepuasan kerja atau dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin kondusif iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja organisasi yang diperoleh.
This research was conducted to analyze the influence of perspective organizational climate to the working satisfaction of employees in Regional Secretary of Yogyakarta City. The subjects of this research were the employees of Regional Secretary of Yogyakarta City. Method of sample collection used was convenience sampling, i.e. sample collection of which is precisely selected with certain in order it is relevant to the research design. This method was used by reason of the employees have different in particularly working tenure had by respective employees. Analysis method used in this research was analysis of simple linear regression. The hypothesis used in this research was the existence of positive influence of perspective organizational climate to working satisfaction. From the analysis of simple linear regression, it gained equation Y = 37,357 + 0,67 X1. The result of this research states that organizational climate has positive perspective influence to working satisfaction or it can be conceived that the more conducive an organizational climate is the higher organizational working satisfaction gains.
