Potret penggusuran dalam karya sastra :: Tinjauan sosiologi sastra terhadap Novel Lubang Dari Separuh Langit karya Afrizal Malna

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah penggusuran dalam karya sastra yang dilihat melalui novel LDSL karya Afrizal Malna. Masalah utama tersebut diilihat melalui tiga permasalahan, yaitu (1) penggusuran sebagai problem utama dalam novel LDSL (2) relasi penggusuran dengan peristiwa lain dalam cerita (3) pilihan estetika novel LDSL. Ketiga permasalahan tersebut dianalisis dengan teori sosiologi sastra dan teori posmodernisme sebagai teori pendamping. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut ditetapkan tujuan penelitian baik secara teoretis maupun praktis. Secara teoretis, tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengungkap penggusuran sebagai problem utama dalam novel LDSL (2) mengungkap relasi penggusuran dengan peristiwa lain dalam cerita; dan (3) mengungkap pilihan estetika novel LDSL. Selanjutnya, secara praktis, penelitian ini bertujuan (1) memberikan pemahaman kepada pembaca bahwa karya sastra, khusunya novel LDSL dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat; dan (2) menghasilkan satu kajian ilmiah yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti selanjutnya; dan (3) memberikan informasi kepada peneliti lain bahwa novel LDSL sudah diteliti. Metode pembahasan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada metode sosiologi sastra yang dikemukakan Swingewood, yaitu a literary sosiologi. Cara kerja metode ini adalah membicarakan terlebih dahulu persoalan yang ada di dalam karya sastra, kemudian menghubungkannya dengan persoalan di luar karya sastra, atau dari dalam karya sastra menuju ke luar karya sastra. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama penggusuran dalam novel LDSL yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah terhadap masyarakat urban dilakukan secara paksa. Kedua, penggusuran dan peritiwa lain dalam cerita memiliki relasi, yaitu relasi simbolis, relasi metaforis, dan relasi kausal. Ketiga, novel LDSL memilih estetika posmodernisme sebagai pengungkap problem sosial. Estetika posmodernisme itu terkait dengan konteks zaman yang melatarbelakangi lahirnya novel LDSL, yaitu zaman reformasi.

The main problem in this study is a condemnation in literary work is seen on novel LDSL by Afrizal Malna. The problem is divided into three main parts, are (1) condemnation as main problem in the novel LDSL; (2) relation of condemnation with other iven in the story; and (3) aesthetic choices on the novel of LDSL. Three problems are analyzed with the theory of literally of sociology and theory of postmodernism as a support theory. Based on the issues discussed, the purpose of this research is seen from the two aspects, they are theoretical and practical. Theoretically, purposes on this study are to express (1) the conemnation as main problem in the novel LDSL, (2) the relation of condemnation with other iven in the story; and (3) the aesthetic choices on the novel of LDSL. Furthermore, practically, (1) this study aimed to give comprehend to the reader that the literature especially novel LDSL can give information about fenomenon that happen in society; (2) the result of this study can be used for the other researcher; and (3) this study aimed give information to the other researcher that novel of LDSL is has research. Discussion of the methods used in this study refers to the method of the literature of sociology that is raised by Swingewood that is a literary sociology. The way how this method works is to discuss first about the problems in a literary works, and then corelates it with the problems outside of the literary works, or from a literary works to the problems outside of the literary works. Based on the results of the analysis, can be concluded as follows are, first, condemnation are doing by government through urban society are gave burns rush; secondly, the condemnation and other iven in the story has relation: there are simbol relation, metaphore relation, and causal relation. Thirdly, the novel of LDSL choose the aesthetic of postmodernism as an expression of social problems. The aesthetic of postmodernism associated with the context of the age which backgrounds the birth of the novel of LDSL, that is the reformation era.
