Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendemen tetes dalam proses pembuatan ethanol di PT.PG. Rajawali II Unit PSA Palimanan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (i) trend rendemen tetes PT. PG. Rajawali II Unit PSA Palimanan; (ii) pengaruh TSAI, kadar ethanol fermentasi, rendemen fermentasi, rendemen destilasi, dan kapasitas rata-rata per hari terhadap rendemen tetes di PT. PG. Rajawali II Unit PSA Palimanan; dan (iii) perbedaan rendemen tetes sebelum dilakukan perbaikan stasiun distilasi (periode 2003–2005) dan setelah dilakukan perbaikan stasiun distilasi (periode 2005– 2009). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder (time-series) tahun 2003 – 2009. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tabel, kecenderungan, dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa trend rendemen tetes PT. PG. Rajawali II Unit PSA Palimanan selama periode tahun 2003 sampai dengan tahun 2009 cenderung meningkat dengan peningkatan ratarata 0,10% per tahun. Selanjutnya, faktor TSAI, rendemen fermentasi, rendemen destilasi, dan kapasitas rata-rata per hari berpengaruh terhadap rendemen tetes di PT. PG. Rajawali II Unit PSA Palimanan, sedangkan kadar ethanol fermentasi tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh (non signifikan) terhadap rendemen tetes. Rendemen tetes setelah dilakukan perbaikan stasiun distilasi (periode 2005–2009) lebih tinggi dibanding dengan sebelum dilakukan perbaikan stasiun distilasi (periode 2003–2005).

This study aims to determine: (i) the trend rendement drops PT. PG. Rajawali II PSA Palimanan Unit, (ii) the influence TSAI dry ethanol fermentation, the fermentation rendement, destilation rendemen, and average capacity per day of rendement against drops in the PT. PG. Rajawali II Palimanan PSA unit and (iii) the difference rendement drops before the distillation repair station (period 2003- 2005) and after the repair station distillation (period 2005-2009). Type of data used are secondary data (time-series) 2003 - 2009. Analysis model used was the analysis table, trends, and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis indicate that the trend rendement drops PT. PG. Rajawali II Palimanan PSA unit during the period 2003 to 2009 tended to increase with the increase in average 0.10% per year. Next, factor Tsai, rendement fermentation, rendement destilasi, and average capacity per day affect the rendement drops in PT. PG. Rajawali II Unit Palimanan PSA, while the degree of fermentation ethanol does not show the influence of (non-significant) towards rendement drops. Rendement drops after the repair station distillation (period 2005-2009) with higher than before the repair station distillation (period 2003-2005).
