Restorasi estetik anterior maksila malposisi pasca perawatan saluran akar dengan mahkota porselin fusi metal inti-pasak tuang dan vinir porselin

Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan hasil restorasi mahkota porselin fusi metal inti-pasak tuang pada gigi insisivus sentral maksila malposisi pasca perawatan saluran akar dan vinir porselin pada gigi insis1vus lateral kanan maksila mikrodonsia untuk memperbaiki fungsi gigi, terutama fungsi estetik. Pasien datang dengan keluhan gigi insisivus sentral maksila terkesan maju dan bercelah. Diagnosis gigi insisvus sental maksila adalah gigi nonvital pasca perawatan saluran akar dengan restorasi komposit kelas IV, distolabiotorsoversi dan labioversi. Diagnosis gigi insisivus lateral kanan maksila adalah gigi karies superfisial kavitas kelas III dan mikrodonsia. Perbaikan estetika menggunakan restorasi mahkota porselin fusi metal desain lingual metal plate dengan inti-pasak tuang sebagai retensi mahkota sekaligus mengoreksi inklinasi gigi. Vinir • porselin untuk mengoreksi anatomi insisivus lateral kanan maksila mikrodonsia. Bahan porselin digunakan Vita in ceram VM7 yang partikelnya halus dan keausan mendekati email. Perawatan diawali dengan analisis estetik dan pembuatan mock up. Tumpatan komposit dibuang dan sisa struktur mahkota dipreparasi. Kemudian inti-pas'li< tuang dicetak menggunakan nonresidual resin. Selanjutnya dilakukan preparasi vinir porselin desain window preparation. Sementasi inti-pasak, mahkota dan Yinir menggunakan semen resm. Evaluasi hasil perawatan dilakukan tiga minggu pasca pemasangan mah.kota dan vinir porselin. Hasil evaluasi subyektif dan obyektif mcnunjukkan gigi dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan pasien puas dengan perbaikan estetika yang dihasilkan.

The purpose of this case report was to informed the result of porcelain fused to metal crown custom cast post core on endodontically treated maxillary central incisor with malposition and porcelain veneer on maxillary leteral incisor microdontia in order to restore tooth function, in particular esthetic function. Patient complained her upper anterior teeth looked protruded dan have gaps between some of the front teeth. The diagnosis of maxillary central incisor was nonvital post endodontic treatment with Class IV composite restoration, distolabiotorsoversion and labioversion. The diagnosis of maxillary lateral incisor was Class III cavity caries superficial with microdontia. The correction of esthetic using porcelain fused to metal crown design lingual metal plate with custom cast post core as crown retention media and to correct tooth inclination. Porcelain veneer used to correct anatomy of maxillary lateral incisor with microdontia. Porcelain material chosen was Vita in cerarr VM7, for the fine particles dan wear level that is similar to enamel. The treatment began with esthetic analysis dan mock up model. Previous composite restoration removed and remaining tocth structure prepared. Custom cast post core pattern was made from nonresidual resin. Afterward, maxillary lateral incisor prepared for porcelain veneer using window preparation design. The results of treatment was avaluated three week since cementation of crowns and veneer. Subjective and objective examination showed that teeth were able to function norma ly and patient satisfied with the esthetic correction.
