Analisis jaringan kerjasama petani dan kelompok tani anggrek dengan pemangku kepentingan pada Program DAFEP di Desa Pabelan, Kecamatan Mungkid, Kabupaten Magelang

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari struktur jaringan kerjasama petani pada DAFEP (Decentralized Agriculture and Forestry Extension Project) di kelompoktani anggrek, Kabupaten Magelang dengan tujuan khusus untuk : (1) mengidentifikasi struktur jaringan kelompok tani anggrek; (2) mengidentifikasi tingkat keberdayaan petani mengembangkan usahatani melalui jaringan kerjasama dengan tiga pemangku kepentingan yaitu penyedia sarana produksi, penyedia teknik dan informasi, pemasaran dan (3) mengetahui hubungan antara struktur jaringan kerjasama dengan tingkat keberdayaan petani dalam mengembangkan usahatani anggrek. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan Social Network Analysis (SNA) berdasar pada teori graf. Koefisien korelasi rank spearman digunakan untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara struktur jaringan dan tingkat keberdayaan petani. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah hubungan kerjasama individu dengan 26 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur jaringan kerjasama memusat pada peran pengurus kelompok sebagai simpul kerjasama. Tingkat keberdayaan petani untuk bekerjasama dengan pihak penyedia sarana produksi dan pemasaran sedang. Walaupun demikian ada hubungan positif antara struktur jaringan kerjasama dengan tingkat keberdayaan petani. Pengembangan jaringan kerjasama akan menjadi kunci dalam pemberdayaan petani dan kelompoktani.

The main objctive of this study is to analyse the cooperative networking among the farmer group members and with the three main stakeholders of the orchid farm of DAFEP (Decentralized Agriculture and Forestry Extension Project) in Pabelan village, Magelang District. The specific obejectives are: (1) to identify networking structure of the orchid farmers group; (2) to identify the empowerment level of farmer group members in developing their orchid farm through their cooperative networking with three main stakeholders i.e. production input suppliers, technical information as well as the marketing institution, and: (3) to analyse the relationships between the networking structure and the level of empowerment. Social network analysis (SNA) approach based on graph theory was applied for analyzing the networking structure. Rank’s Spearman correlation coefficient (r’) was used to identify the relationship between those networking structure and the empowerment level. The analysis unit was individual relationship with 26 respondents. The results of this research proved that the networking structure of the orchid farmer group was centralized to the three board members, i.e. chairman, secretary and treasurer. The empowerment level of farmers in developing their cooperative networking with three stakeholders was moderate. However, there was a positive and strong relationship between the cooperative networking structure and the empowerment level. The development of cooperative networking at farmer and group level is the key point in empowering the farmers and their farmer group.
