Dampak bantuan bibit terhadap pendapatan pembudidaya rumput laut di Kecamatan Anggrek Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara

Penelitian tentang Dampak Bantuan Bibit Terhadap Pendapatan Pembudidaya Rumput Laut di Kecamatan Anggrek, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara Tahun 2007 ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi budi daya rumput laut dan menganalisis dampak bantuan bibit terhadap pendapatan pembudidaya rumput laut. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pembudidaya rumput laut yang menerima bantuan bibit dari Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Gorontalo sebanyak 42 orang dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang telah disediakan. Data Sekunder dikumpulkan dari beberapa sumber yaitu dinas/instansi terkait. Alat analisis yang dipergunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi budi daya rumput laut adalah regresi linier berganda dengan model fungsi produksi cobb-douglas. Variabel Dependent adalah produksi rumput laut (PRL)/luas areal (LA), sedangkan variabel independent adalah jumlah bibit (BBT)/luas areal (LA), peralatan (P)/luas areal (LA) dan tenaga kerja (TK)/luas areal (LA). Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Untuk mengetahui dampak bantuan bibit terhadap pendapatan pembudidaya rumput laut menggunakan alat analisis uji dua beda rata-rata, yaitu dengan membandingkan pendapatan pembudidaya rumput laut sebelum dan sesudah menerima bantuan bibit dari pemerintah daerah melalui Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Gorontalo. Dari hasil analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi budi daya rumput laut dengan α = 0,05 diperoleh R2 = 0.942196, dengan t-hitung masingmasing : BBT/LA = 3.112990, P/LA = 1.847110, TK/LA = 2.809726 dan Fhitung 206,4656; t-tabel = 1,684 dan F-tabel = 2,8387. Secara parsial dan serempak faktor-faktor produksi jumlah bibit/luas areal, peralatan/luas areal dan tenaga kerja/luas areal berpengaruh nyata (signifikan) terhadap produksi rumput laut. Bantuan bibit secara nominal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pembudidaya rumput laut, tetapi tidak terjadi peningkatan pendapatan pembudidaya yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah menerima bantuan bibit rumput laut dari Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Gorontalo. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 0,9440, standar deviasi sebesar 282,864 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,6840 pada derajat kepercayaan 95 persen.

Research concerning seed aid impact to earnings of seaweed culvtivator in District of Anggrek, North Gorontalo Sub Province 2007 this aim to analyzing factors influencing conducting production seaweed and analyze seed aid impact to earnings of cultivator seaweed. Data which required in this research is secondary and primary data. Data primary is obtained through interview with cultivator seaweed receiving seed aid from on duty Fishery and Oceanic Gorontalo Province counted 42 people by using questionnaire which have been provided. Data secondary is collected from some sources that is on duty/institution is related. The analyzing method used to find the factors that influence the seaweed production is the double linear regression with the cobb-douglas function production model. The dependent variable is the seaweed production (Y)/width of the area, while the independent variable is amount of seeds (X1)/width of the area, the equipments (X2)/width of the area and the labors (X3)/width of the area. Afterward, the data are analyzed by using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS). To know seed aid impact to earnings of cultivator seaweed apply test analyzed of two mean difference, that is by comparing earnings of cultivator before and on receipt of seed aid from local government through on duty Fishery and Oceanic Gorontalo Province. From factors analysis result influencing conducting production seaweed with α = 0.05 obtained by R2 = 0.942196, with t-statistic partial : BBT/LA = 3.112990, P/LA = 1.847110, TK/LA = 2.809726 and F-statistic 206.4656; t-tabel = 1.684 and F-tabel = 2.8387. Partially and in concern factors production of amount of seeds/width of the area, equaipments/width of the area and labour/width of the area have an effect on reality (significant) to seaweed production. Seed aid nominally can increase earnings of cultivator seaweed, but is not happened increasing of earanings of cultivator which significant between before and on receipt of seeds aids seaweed from on duty Fishery and Oceanic of Gorontalo Province, with value counted equal to 0,9440, deviation standard equal to 282.864 and t-tabel equal to 1.6840 at degree of trust of 95 percent.
