Strategi penyelenggaraan Tournament of Flower Tomohon terhadap pendapatan petani bunga di Kota Tomohon

Penelitian ini membahas strategi penyelenggaraan tournament of flowers pada pendapatan petani bunga di Kota Tomohan serta analisis pengambilan keputusan melalui analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dalam pengambilan kebijakan untuk peningkatan pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui strategi penyelenggaraan tournament of flowers pada pendapatan petani dan (2) untuk menganalisis kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani meliputi cooperative farming, tournament of flowers, pendidikan dan pelatihan serta peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara dengan responden yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Data sekunder diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan data dari instansi yang terkait yaitu Depertamen Pertanian Kota Tomohon Utara, serta untuk melengkapi pembahasan materi ini digunkaan studi perpustakaan dengan cara mem-pelajari buku, karya ilmiah dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan permasakahan yang diteliti. Hasil analisis penelitian didapatkan bahwa penyelenggaraan Tournament of Flower memberikan strategi yang positif terhadap pendapatan petani. Dari hasil analisis AHP (Analytical Hierarry Process) didapatkan faktor-faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani dari nilai tertinggi ke terendah yaitu pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan nilai prioritas 0,326, cooperative farming dengan nilai prioritas 0,324, tournament of flower dengan nilai prioritas 0,211 sumber daya manusia dengan nilai prioritas 0,144. Dari analisis uji t-test dengan nilai thitung 2,56 > ttabel 1,73 maka dapat diketahui adanya perbedaan pendapatan petani sebelum dan sesudah tournament of flower.

This research discusses the strategy of the tournament on the interest income of farmers in the northern city Tomohon and analysis decision making through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in the policies to increase farmers' income. This research aims to (1) know the strategy of the tournament of flowers on the income of farmers and (2) to analyze the policies that can increase farmers' income includes the cooperative farming, tournament of flowers, education and training and the improvement of human resources. Data used are two were primary secondary. Primary data obtained in a way questioners and interviews with the respondents related to the research. Secondary data obtained by collecting data from the relevant institutions, namely Agriculture Tohomon complete discussion of the material used this study to learn how the library with a book, monograph title and documents related to research problems. The results of the analysis it was found that the implementation of research Tournament of Flower (TOF) to provide a positive strategy on farmers' income. From analysis of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) established the factors that have influence on the farmers' income from the highest to the bottom most namely education and training with the highest priority 0,326, cooperative Farming with the value of priority 0,324, tournament of flowers with the highest priority 0,211, and improvement of human resources with value priority 0,144. Analysis of test results from the T-test with the calculated value statistic > table t it can be the difference in farmers' income before and after the tournament of flowers.
