Aplikasi sistem informasi geografis dan teori Dempster-Shafer sebagai sistem deteksi dini penyakit unggas

Pada saat ini populasi ternak dan industri unggas mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat, tetapi di sisi yang lain harus menghadapi meningkatnya penyakit ternak unggas. Salah satu usaha untuk melawan perkembangan penyakit unggas ini dapat dilakukan dengan sistem deteksi dini penyakit unggas. Pada penelitian ini, penulis membangun sebuah sistem infonnasi geografis berbasis Web dan teori Dempster-Shafer sebagai sistem deteksi dini penyakit unggas. Sistem deteksi dini adalah suatu istilah yang digunakan oleh International Early Warning Programme berkoordinasi dengan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) sebagai istilah yang digunakan untuk semua sistem yang digunakan untuk mengirim peringatan terhadap perkembangan populasi yang cukup membahayakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Dempster-Shafer dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit-penyakit unggas dan sistem informasi geografis berbasis Web untuk menampilkan peta dalam memvisualisasikan hasil dari proses identifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem deteksi dini berhasil mengidentifikasikan penyakit-penyakit unggas dan menampilkan peta dalam memvisualisasikan hasil dari proses identifikasi. Kata-kuoci: penyakit unggas, sistem deteksi dini, teori Dempster-Shafer, sistem inforrnasi geografis berbasis web.

Nowadays poultry population and industry have grown very fast, but on the other hand, they have to face on raising of poultry diseases. One of the efforts to fight poultry diseases can be done by early warning system of poultry diseases. In this research, the writer built a web-based geographic information systems and Dempster-Shafer theory as early warning system of poultry diseases. Early warning system is the term that the International Early Warning Programme coordinated by the United Nations uses for all systems that are used to send emergency population warning. This research illustrated the usage of Dempster-Shafer theory in identifying poultry diseases and web-based geographic information systems for displaying maps on a screen to visualize the result of identification process. The result of the research is that early warning system has been successfully identifying poultry diseases and displaying maps on a screen to visualize the result of identification process.
