Hubungan persepsi petugas IFRS tentang regulasi Kepmenkes 1197/Menkes/Sk/X/2004 dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman adalah rumah sakit milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman berstatus kelas B non pendidikan. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman sering mendapat masalah. Permasalahan yang sering dialami dalam melaksanakan standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang ada, diantaranya masih mengalami keterbatasan jumlah tenaga yang berkompentensi farmasi khususnya tenaga apoteker dan asisten apoteker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi petugas IFRS tentang regulasi KEPMENKES 1197/MENKES/SK/X/2004 dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional dan jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 25 (dua puluh dua) orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan wawancara secara mendalam. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi. Hasilnya di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman hubungan antara persepsi petugas IFRS tentang regulasi KEPMENKES 1197/MENKES/SK/X/2004 dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan kuat (r = 0,639) dan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Hasil regresi antara persepsi petugas IFRS tentang regulasi KEPMENKES 1197/MENKES/SK/X/2004 berpengaruh dan signifikan dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Kesimpulan: regulasi KEPMENKES 1197/MENKES/SK/X/2004 mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan kuat serta signifikan dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman.

The research plan that is us is cross sectional and the research kind is quantitative and qualitative, the subject of the numbering research 25 (twenty-two) the person, the data collection is carri out with the questionnaire with the scale likert and the interview in depth, the statistical method that is us is the analysis of the correlation product moment and the analysis of regression. Results in the regional public hospital sleman relations between the perception of the official ifrs about the regulation KEPMENKES 1197/MENKES/SK/X/2004 and the implementation of the standard of the pharmaceutical service show positive and strong relations (r 0.639) and the value of the significance 0.001. results of regression between the perception of the official ifrs about the regulation KEPMENKES 1197/MENKES/SK/X/2004 influential and significant and the implementation of the standard of the pharmaceutical service with the value of the significance 0.001. The conclusion: the regulation KEPMENKES 1197/MENKES/SK/X/2004 had relations that are positive and strong as well as significant with the implementation of the standard of the pharmaceutical service in the regional public hospital sleman.
