Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman adalah rumah sakit milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman berstatus kelas B non pendidikan. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman sering mendapat masalah. Permasalahan yang sering dialami dalam melaksanakan standar pelayanan kebidanan yang ada, diantaranya masih mengalami keterbatasan jumlah tenaga bidan, pengembangan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan kepada bidan yang melaksanakan pelayanan kebidanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi bidan tentang etika profesi dan pendidikan berkelanjutan bidan dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional dan jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 22 (dua puluh dua) orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi. Hasilnya di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman persepsi bidan mengenai etika profesi adalah baik (53%), hubungan antara persepsi bidan tentang etika profesi dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kebidanan menunjukkan hubungan yang sedang (r = 0,465) dan nilai signifikansi 0,029. Persepsi bidan tentang pendidikan berkelanjutan bidan adalah baik (72,5%), hubungan antara persepsi bidan tentang pendidikan berkelanjutan bidan dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kebidanan menunjukan hubungan yang kuat (r = 0,666) dan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Persepsi bidan tentang pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman adalah baik (73,4%). Kesimpulan etika profesi dan pendidikan berkelanjutan bidan mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kebidanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sleman.

This research aim at knowing perception relations of the midwife about profession ethics and continuous education the midwife with the implementation of the standard of the midwifery service in the regional public hospital Sleman. The research plan that is us is cross sectional and the research kind is quantitative, the subject of the numbering research 22 (twenty-two) the person, the data collection is carri out with the questionnaire with the scale likert, the statistical method that is us is the analysis of the correlation product moment and the analysis of regression. Results in the regional public hospital Sleman the perception of the midwife concerning profession ethics is good (53%), relations between the perception of the midwife about profession ethics and the implementation of the standard of the midwifery service show relations that is (r 0.465) and the value of the significance 0.029. perceptions of the midwife about continuous education the midwife is good (72.5%), relations between the perception of the midwife about continuous education the midwife and the implementation of the standard of the midwifery service showed strong relations (r 0.666) and the value of the significance 0.001. perceptions of the midwife about the implementation of the standard of the midwifery service in the regional public hospital sleman is good (73.4%). The conclusion of profession ethics and continuous education the midwife had relations that are positive and significant with the implementation of the standard of the midwifery service in the regional public hospital Sleman.
