The analysis of Sudirman Bus Station performance in Sukabumi West Java

Sudirman bus station is located in Sukabumi Municipality West Java Province. Sukabumi is central government of district, commerce, industry and tourism. Due to the condition of said bus station facility undergoes displacement of either from voyage in town to voyage of outside town or on the contrary and also as place of intercity voyage transit. Level of movement traffic of passenger with mode bus passed city to claim optimal service from bus station service given by bus station organizer. Importance of service user in this case bus passenger is important thing in striving optimal performance from bus station services. This research conducts state preferences and survey field. It aims at analyzing bus station performance. The method applied in this research is modeling qualitative using Servqual method continued with Factor Analysis. Base on the Servqual Quality Concept, the service quality variables are divided into some dimensions, such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible. There are thirteen factors, such as comfortable and safety, pollution, bus station operational, operator operational, conveniece, safety, parking operational, parking zone, bus station location, device, official, infrastructure and traffic flow. Result of quantitative analysis from dominant factor at modeling of quality of bus station service activities seen that any factor has not fulfilled national and also international standards and result of factor analysis from this research has yielded image of bus station performance as according to voice customer which will become principal priority in improvement to quality of service that is must be done by the side of management to bus station service user.
