Pemanfaatan limbah kain perca sebagai bahan pembuatan campuran beton

Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pencemaran sampah/limbah sangat mengkhawatirkan bagi kelangsungan hidup untuk jangka panjang, untuk meminimalkan produk sampah/limbah yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas manusia, khususnya limbah kain perca yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan usaha konveksi, perlu diadakan kegiatan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan limbah kain perca secara terpadu dan terarah. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap campuran beton ringan, bahan penyusun utama campuran beton ringan kain perca berupa limbah kain perca sebagai campuran semen. Dari 6 variasi yang telah diteliti, tiap-tiap variasi terdiri dari 2 benda uji. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil secara rerata kuat tekan, regangan dan massa jenis. Campuran beton ringan kain perca dengan substitusi 0% (I), kuat tekan rerata sebesar 10,65 MPa, regangan rerata 0,19 dan berat jensi campuran beton ringan rerata 1380 kg/m, substitusi 20%(II), kuat tekan rerata sebasar 9,03 MPa, regangan rerata 0,15 dan berat jenis campuran beton ringan rerata 1500 kg/m³,substitusi 40%(III), kuat tekan rerata sebasar 8,30 MPa, regangan rerata 0,10 dan berat jenis campuran beton ringan rerata 1720 kg/m³, substitusi 60%(IV), kuat tekan rerata sebesar 9,81 MPa, regangan rerata 0,04 dan berat jenis campuran beton ringan rerata 1900 kg/m³,substitusi 80%(V), kuat tekan rerata sebesar 10,46 MPa, regangan rerata 0,01 dan berat jenis campuran beton ringan rerata 1980 kg/m³, substitusi 100%(VI), kuat tekan rerata sebesar 14.88 MPa, regangan rerata 0,00 dan berat jenis campuran beton ringan rerata 2090 kg/m³. Dalam penggunaan limbah kain perca sebagai campuran beton ringan yang akan dipergunakan sebagai bahan bangunan di lapangan, dapat disesusikan dengan kebutuhan perencanaan sehingga mencapai kuat tekan, regangan dan massa jenis yang memenuhi kriteria teknis yang diingikan, tergantung dari semen yang dipergunakan sebagi campuran bahan beton ringan kain perca.
Environmental polution caused by litters/ waste has already been very seriously worse. The impact arises due to those polution worry to the sustainability of life for long generation. Therefore it is necessary to be investigated concerning the litters/ waste in order to minimize litters/waste producted by man activites, especially rag waste resulted from convection activities,and this is necesseraly to be done by mean of integrated management and reused the rag waste. From the survey result of the light concrete, the main raw materials of the light concrete is rag waste as material for cement mixture. From 6 (six) variations that have already been investigated, every variation consist of two examined items. The result of the examination of those items show that in average they have highly stress, train and specific mass. The mixer of the light concrete of rag waste by substitute of 0% (exercise I ), the average pressure is 10,65 MPa, average strain value is 0,19 and the average specific mass of rag concrete panel is 1380 kg/m, substitution if 20% (exercise II), the average pressure is 9,03 MPa, average strain value is 0,15 and the average specific mass of rag concrete panel is 1500 kg/m³, substitution 40% (exercise III), the average pressure is 8,30 MPa average strain value is 0,10. and the average specific mass of rag concrete panel is 1720 kg/m³, substitution 60%(IV), ), the average pressure is 9,81 MPa, average strain value is 0,04 and the average specific mass of rag concrete panel is 1900 kg/m³,substitution 80%(V), ), the average pressure is 10,46 MPa, average strain value is 0,01 and the average specific mass of rag concrete panel is 1980 kg/m³, substitution 100%(VI), ), the average pressure is 14,88 MPa, average strain value is 0.00 and the average specific mass of rag concrete panel is 2090 kg/m³. Within the use of rage material waste as a mixture of light concrete, the use of the field building materials, can be adjusted by the need of the planning, so can reaches the pressure, strain, and specific mass that fulfill the technique criteria needed, depend on the amount of the cement that used as a mixture cement that will be used as the mixture of the light concrete of rag materials.
