Pengaruh pelatihan kolaborasi untuk menurunkan prasangka di antara unit kerja

2009 | Tesis | S2 Magister Profesi PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kolaborasi untuk menurunkan prasangka antar unit kerja di sebuah perusahaan percetakan. Kelompok eksperimen (15 subyek) menerima perlakuan yaitu pelatihan Kolaborasi dan kelompok kontrol (15 subyek) menerima perlakuan sesudah penelitian selesai. Pelatihan diberikan dengan durasi waktu 10 jam efektif dalam dua hari. Pengukuran paska tes dilakukan sesudah 3 (tiga) bulan. Skala Prasangka yang berisi 20 aitem diberikan sebelum dan sesudah diberi Pelatihan Kolaborasi. Anava campuran digunakan untuk menganalisis dan hasil analisis dengan anava campuran menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kolaborasi secara signifikan dapat menurunkan prasangka antar unit kerja (F = 5,629; p < 0,05).
The purpose of the study is to find the impact of collaboration training to reduce the prejudice between work units in one of publishing company. Experimental group (15 subjects) be treated by trainer with the collaboration training and control group (15 subjects) will accept after the research is over. The training held in 10 hours in two days. Prejudice Scale contains of 20 items has been given to subjects before and after the manipulation. Anova–mixed was used to analyse and the result showed that prejudice between work unit in experimental group has reduced significantly after they had given collaboration training (F = 5.629; p < 0.05).
