Evaluasi penerimaan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis komputer di IGD RS.ST.Vincentius Singkawang

Latar belakang : Komputer saat ini sudah menguasai segala aspek kehidupan termasuk dunia kesehatan. Pemakaian komputer tidak saja untuk membantu menegakkan diagnosa tapi perlu juga membantu dalam menunjang sistem di luar masalah medis termasuk sistem keuangan rumah sakit. Rumah Sakit St.Vincentius Singkawang sebagai salah satu pelayanan kesehatan juga sedang berusaha mengembangkan penggunaan komputer dalam bidang billing sistemnya. Sayangnya tidak semua orang dapat memahami pentingnya penggunaan komputer. Penerimaan perawat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dalam penggunaan komputer masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini ingin mencoba mencari tahu model penerimaan komputer yang dapat dipahami perawat dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model ( TAM ) . Penelitian ini ingin mencari tahu persepsi perawat terhadap manfaat ( Perceived of Usefulness ), persepsi kemudahan ( Perceived Ease of Use ), sikap pengguna ( Attitude ) serta penerimaan dan penggunaan ( Acceptance ) komputer. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus menggunakan analisa kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data di analisa dengan menggunakan Skala Likert 5 tingkat dari skala (1) “ sangat tidak setuju sampai dengan skala (5) “ sangat setuju. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka terkait persepsi manfaat, kemudahan, sikap dan penerimaan serta penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Hasil : Secara keseluruhan hasil yang diperoleh untuk persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, sikap user serta penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem informasi komputer menunjukkan hasil yang baik rata-rata diatas nilai minimum (3.00). Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan yang kuat di antara persepsi manfaat dengan persepsi kemudahan, sikap user serta penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem informasi komputer .

Objective: Computers at this time is over all aspects of life including the world's health. Use of the computer not only to help uphold the diagnosis but should also assist in the support system outside of medical problems including the financial system hospital. St.Vincentius Singkawang hospital as one of the health services are also trying to develop the use of computers in the billing system. Unfortunately not all people can understand the importance use of computers. Acceptance of the nurse in the Emergency Installation in computer use is very limited. This study would like to try to find out the receipt of a computer model that can be understood by nurses using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study wanted to find out the Perceived of Usefulnes, Perceived Ease of Use, the user attitudes (Attitude) and the acceptance and the use of computer. Method: Method used in this research is a descriptive approach with case studies using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data on the analysis using the 5-level Likert scale of the scale (1) "is not to agree with the scale (5)" could not agree more. Instruments research using questionnaires and depth interviews using open questions related to the perception benefits, convenience, attitudes and acceptance and use of computer-based information system. Results: Overall, the results obtained for the Perceive Usefulness, Perceive Ease of Use, Attitude and user Acceptance and use of the computer information system shows good results on average above the minimum (3.00). Conclusion: There is a strong relationship between Perceive Usefulnes, Perceive Ease of Use, Attitude and Acceptance and the use of computer information systems
