Penerapan teknologi informasi di Pemerintahan telah berkembang pesat seiring dengan tuntutan masyarakat terhadap kecepatan informasi dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi penerapan TI dengan mengacu model Tatakelola Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) Nasional serta teori Gichoya. Teori ini menjelaskan pengaruh variabel-variabel : Skill dan pengetahuan TI, Realisasi sistem, Pengoperasian sistem dan Pemeliharaan sistem terhadap keberhasilan penerapan TI Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Kabupaten Sragen yang telah menerapkan Teknologi Informasi hingga level Pemerintah Desa. Dalam menganalisa penelitian ini, penelitian difokuskan pada persepsi pengguna terhadap penerapan TI di desanya. Dalam menganalisa data statistik menggunakan SPSS 10 for windows. Model yang dibangun dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik keberhasilan penerapan TI di Desa yang ditentukan oleh beberapa variabel yaitu : skill dan pengetahuan TI, realisasi sistem, pengoperasian sistem serta pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa pernyataan-peryataan terhadap kondisi desa dalam menerapkan TI. Evaluasi TI di desa diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengembangan TI.

The application of information technology (IT) in the Government has been developing rapidly in line with the demands of the community the speed and quality of information services. This research aimed to evaluate the application of IT based on “Tatakelola Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Nasional” model and t Gichoya theory. This research takes place in the Sragen regency that have applied information technology to the village level government. In analyzing this research, the research focused on the user's perception of the application of IT in the village. In analyzing the data statistically using SPSS 10 for windows. Model built is intended to find out how well the success of the implementation of IT in the Village, which is determined by several variables, namely: IT skills and knowledge, the realization of the system, operating system and system maintenance. Results from this research is a statement on the condition of applying IT in the village. IT evaluation in the village are expected to be considered in the development of IT.
