Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran bagaimana pelaksanaan Program CSR atau Community Development dan bagaimana pelaksanaan Program Community Development ini terhadap peningkatan sarana dan prasarana serta bagaimana dampaknya terhadap masyarakat penerima program. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu berbagai macam program Community Development dan bagimana pelaksanaannya dimasyarakat serta bagaimana perkembangan program Community Development ini dari tahun ketahun. Penelitian ini memakai medode anailis deskriptif yaitu berusaha menggambarkan bagaimana pelaksanaan program Community Development dan kaitannya dengan perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Community Development dari tahun ketahun cukup baik ini terbukti dari alokasi anggaran untuk program CSR atau Community Development terus mengalami peningkatan walaupun ada alokasi anggaran yang turun dari alokasi anggaran sebelumnya namun secara umum terlihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan alokasi anggaran untuk program ini baik itu untuk kegiatan pemenuhan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana maupun untuk perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Selain itu karena belum adanya ketentuan tentang bagaimana program Community Development dilaksanakan dan bagaimana pelaksanaannya maka menyebabkan jenis bantuan Community Development juga belum menemukan suatu inovasi baru yang inovasi ini seharusnya diperlukan untuk perkembangan Community Development secara berkelanjutan.

Research target is to obtain get the picture of how execution Program the CSR or Community Development and how execution Program the this Community Development to make-up of medium and also how its impact to receiver society program the used in this research is sekunder that is assorted program the Community Development and its how execution is society and also how growth program the this Community Development from every year. This research hence descriptive medode analisis that is try to depict how execution program the Community Development and its bearing with the Micro Effort growth Minimize and Middle. Analyse this research indicate that the execution program the Community Development from this good enough every year proven from budget allocation to program the CSR or Community Development non-stoped to experience of the improvement although there is budget allocation which alight from the previous budget allocation but is in general seen by that happened by the make-up of budget allocation to program is is good for the activity of accomplishment of requirement of medium and also for the growth of Micro Effort Minimize and Middle. Others because not yet the existence of rule of about how program of Community Development executed and how its execution hence cause the type of aid of Community Development also not yet found an new innovation is which innovate this ought to be needed to by growth of Community Development on an ongoing basis.
