Pengaruh dividen dan growth terhadap harga saham

Dividen merupakan cash out flow yang diharapkan oleh investor terhadap dana yang di investasikan dalam perusahaan. Disisi lain perusahaan membutuhkan dana dari laba ditahan untuk meningkatkan growth. Penelitian ini menganalisis antara kebijakan membagi dividen atau menggunakannya sebagai tambahan dana investasi guna peningkatan growth. Perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia telah menggunakan dividen sebagai tolok ukur atas baik-buruknya kinerja perusahaan. Dari sampel penelitian di Bursa Efek Indonesia terhadap perusahaan-perusahaan go publik periode amatan 2003-2006 yang membagikan dividen dan memiliki growth, terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara pembagian dividen terhadap kenaikan harga saham dibandingkan dengan pengaruh growth terhadap harga saham. Dividend is the cash out flow that expected by the investors upon the fund invested in the company. In other side, the company needs the fund from the retain earnings for increasing the growth. This research analyses between the policy to distribute dividend or to use it as the additional investment in order to increase the growth. The companies in Indonesia have used the dividend as the parameter for the successful of the company performance. From the sample of the research in Bursa Efek Indonesia (Indonesia Stock Exchange) upon the go public companies the period of 2003- 2006 research that contributed dividend and made the growth, there was significant influence between the dividend distribution upon the increasing of the share price (value) compared with the growth influence upon the price (valued) of the shares.
