Since early emergence of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in 1990s, ERP offers optimization in managing resources enterprise own in form of technology that can integrate information used by all departments in a enterprise into a computer system. When an enterprise decides to use ERP system, acceptance of user should be considered because success of its implementation should provide benefit to its user. To identify success of system implementation, a research was done to find out variables supporting user acceptance using UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model. Six exogenous latent variables studied were performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, organization facilitating condition, JDE team quality and managerial intervention. Variable of ERP symbolic adoption was used as endogenous latent variable and attitude toward ERP system use as intervening variable. Some variables were influenced by age and experience. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method was selected to testing research hypothesis. Two SEM analysis models used were measurement model and structural equation modeling). Based on data obtained from PT CPI, result indicated that variables influencing successful implementation of ERP were performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, managerial intervention, and JDE team quality. However, age cannot be made as moderating variable because comparison of sample between younger worker and older worker was not proportional and it needs further research to prove its influence of the research model.
