Analisis pemilihan moda angkutan sungai di Kalimantan Tengah

Studi ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat kemauan para penumpang terhadap pelayanan di transportasi sungai serta memodelkan tingkat utilitas pemilihan moda penumpang angkutan sungai Klotok dan Speedboat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stated preference yang dilakukan di Kab.Katingan Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah sebagai analisis kepuasan penumpang moda angkutan sungai di dasarkan pada teori discrete choice menggunakan binomial logit model dan analisis data menggunakan bantuan software LIMDEP versi 7.0. Dari hasil analisis pada skenario 1, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kenaikan tarif Klotok sebesar 5% sama dengan Rp 78.750 akan menyebabkan penurunan probabilitas sebesar 0,616 % jika kenaikan tarif tersebut mencapai 10% sama dengan Rp. 82.500 maka akan menurunkan probabilitas Klotok sebesar 1,572 % Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan penumpang akan lebih berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan tarif atau cost yang terjadi. Untuk kondisi skenario 2, terlihat bahwa penurunan tarif sebesar 5 % sama dengan Rp.71.250 akan meningkatkan probabilitas Klotok sebesar 0,623 % jika penggurangan tarif tersebut mencapai 10 % sama dengan Rp. 67.500 akan meningkatkan probabilitas Klotok sebesar 0,632 % Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan penumpang akan lebih berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tarif yang terjadi. Dari hasil analisis pada skenario 3, terlihat bahwa kenaikan waktu perjalanan Klotok sebesar 5% sama dengan 4,2 jam akan menyebabkan penurunan probabilitas Klotok sebesar 0,870 % jika peningkatan waktu perjalanan tersebut mencapai 10 % sama dengan 4,4 jam maka akan mengurangi probabilitas Klotok sebesar 2,087 % Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan penumpang akan lebih berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan waktu perjalanan yang terjadi. Dari hasil analisis permodelan pada skenario 1, skenario 2, dan skenario 3 menunjukan bahwa kepuasan penumpang dalam kenaikan tarif akan berpengaruh terhadap perubahan probabilitasnya.

The study is performed to investigate the influence of passenger requirement level to the service and to model utility level in land water transportation in order to model the utility level of passenger choice of land water transportation mode between Klotok and Speedboat. The study uses the stated preference technique that is done in Kab.Katingan Kalimantan Tengah Province as an analysis of passenger sastisfaction in land water modes based on discrete choice theory using binomial logit model and the data analysis uses LIMDEP software version 7.0. The analysis of scenario 1 , it can be concluded that the 5% increasing of Klotok rate (equal to Rp.78.750) would lower 0,616% probability, and if the increasing reaches 10% (equal to Rp.82.500), the reduction of Klotok with Probability of 1,572%. This condition showed that the passenger satisfaction would influence more to the rate increment or cost occured. For the condition of scenario 2, it can be seen that 5% rate reduction (equal to Rp.71.250) would increase 0,623% Klotok probability .This condition showed that the passenger satisfaction would be influence more to rate reduction occured. From the analysis of scenario 3,it can be seen that the travel time increment of 5% (equal to 4,2 hours) would reduce 0,870% Klotok’s probability, and if the travel time increment reaches 10% (equal to 4,4 hours) it would reduce 2,087% Klotok probability. This condition showed that passenger satisfaction would influence more to the rate increment of travel time occured. The results of the model analysis at scenario 1, scenario 2, and scenario 3 showed that the passenger satisfaction in the rate increment would influence the changing of it’s probability.
